Beautiful Home designs & locations to pick from!

Everything seems to be an upgrade. The model homes are somewhat misleading but the prices of the upgrades are not bad. Overall pricing is alright but the timeline and follow up is not always the best. I have been living in our home for 3 months so far so good just some minor things need to followed up by w/ warranty.

Overall it was a great experience with few hiccups along the way. The KB team was able to acknowledge and address my concerns in a timely matter. If anything was missed, a simple follow up seemed to suffice and any issues were taken care of. One complaint I will have is in regards to the choice of leaving the ugly, black tube for the AC condensation drain. I’ve never seen that before and every house I’ve lived in prior has had some sort if PVC piping going into the ground (sort of a French drain). It looks pretty shoddy while it kills my grass and serves as an ideal chew toy for my dog. Wish this was addressed. Otherwise, I ultimately had a good experience. Five stars means perfect (which doesn’t exist) so 4 across the board and 3 for quality mainly because of the AC condensation drain and the number of touch ups that were needed. ... More

Great value for a start home under current market. Need more consideration for normal design to fit for smaller house these days such as avoid door overlap when both open, two big oak trees in a very small from lawn that too close to drive way...

As a first time home buyer and after all the things I went through with others I have to say I am happy with my new home.!

Some of the materials that they used are too cheap.

good builder but could have used a thicker carpet. I got the free option, carpet feels really thin. It looks good but some areas you can feel the staples or screws, especially on the corners.

I was extremely pleased with the building supervisor, Ryan. He always addressed my concerns and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. However, I am not happy with the faucets that were placed in all the sinks and the careless paint job that was done. For the money that I paid for this home, KB should of had better quality materials! Furthermore, the home lacks light. It should of had more windows and more lighting in the bathroom by the sinks. I also have to turn my lights on during the day in my kitchen. How is this going to save me energy? I also hate the toilets! I have to flush more than once! Again, I am wasting water, not saving water. Overall, the materials that were used in the home are not to my satisfaction! ... More

Good buying experience but workmanship quality was subpar such as cracked tile roof, carpets, paint, cabinets trims. My recommendation is to double check all above before signing your closing paperwork. In my case, it seems all construction trade were rushing to close therfore having a lot of issues after.

And now today only two people came. We still have a small hole in our calk above the shower. This is unacceptable and they need to fix it ASAP. Unfortunately that does t seem to be a priority and no one has come to fix that. We already used the shower so we are afraid if there is further damage. Get on the ball and fix this ASAP. Touch ups still have not been done as well :(

Good home...but no details are given to the customer concerning the sprinkler system...

Home buying experience is great! A bit pricey on some options. Quite responsive to some issues but some may need to push back to get fix.

Several missed deadlines to deliver the house. Overall okay experience with KB home.

Just glad to be done with it. Hopefully my home doesn't fall apart and I can improve it from the initial build.

The workmanship has me questioning my home purchase.

SALE AGENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER GAVE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE JUST THE CONCRETE CONTRACTOR DID A TERRIBLE JOB. TWO ISSUES: GARAGE FLOOR WITH HOLDS AND STEPS STOOP IN THE BACKYARD

Overall My experience was Good from beginning to End.

The builder does not know how to lay down sod .My yard is currently a ankle hazard and can't cut without the lawn mower coming to an abrupt stop in various areas because of uneven areas and holes.

I think the idea or the mission is good, things to improve, the workforce, work supervision, and post-sale complaints

Kept me informed all along the way

Had some issues with not getting the proper appliances that we ordered the length of time to get that situation fixed was a little frustrating. But overall it was a good experience

It was great and all the staff was good
