We love our knew home. We feel very comfortable here. No major issues. KB has been very good at responding to small items we have brought up.

Overall I think KB Homes are good homes to buy. This is my second time buying a KB Home. The first home I purchased was in CA 30 years ago. Great experience! This is my second KB Home. It is in AZ. Not a great experience! I was mistakenly expecting the same customer service as my CA experience. I will only mention the major problem because of time. The home I purchased was completed in June 2019. I looked at the house in December 2019 and decided to purchase it. We moved in at the beginning of February 2020. There were two electrical outlets in the second floor that did not work and four on the first floor. It is now April and I am still waiting for the work to be completed. My main concern regarding the customer service is why they did not check the house to ensure ALL of the electrical outlets were working properly BEFORE we moved into the house! There was plenty of time to do it. My son slept through one of the appointments since he works during the night. It was delayed for three weeks to be completed because of that! The day of the appointment to return, the customer service representative did not call to let me know the appointment was cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic! So, my son was up all night and day because of his inconsideration! We should NEVER have been inconvenienced by the repairs since this should have been checked BEFORE we moved in! We are proud to say that this is our second home from KB home and the reason we come back to KB home is because of the quality, professionalism and the people who have helped us during both our process and we couldn't be happier.

My husband and I had a good experience while purchasing the home but it was the experience after that could have been better. There were small things here and there that needed to be fixed after the move in. It felt a little hard to get someone to come and fix those issues at times and that was a little frustrating.

As first time home builders, it was a stressful process, however, we are very glad we had a trustworthy and reliable contractor and salesperson to guide us along the way. We are very much in love with our new home.

For the money paid for house, I think the quality and workmanship is a bit lacking. Also, we picked a larger lot to install a pool in the future. But due to the extreme excavation to the back yard (which we discovered was necessary after the house build was well underway) to facilitate drainage. We may not be able to install a pool or even afford to install a pool. Not too happy with KB Homes right now.
