We didn't get a house, KB built us a home.

My wife and I purchased our first home from KB homes. We were very happy with the professionalism of the team, the quality of the construction materials and finishing. The sales and service staff went above and beyond to ensure we closed escrow on time and all our questions addressed.

Our sales person was not the greatest or most knowledgeable. We got many answers from them that were incorrect and ended up costing us in the end. Our construction manager was great but it seemed like the construction team cut corners and did not do everything correctly or to the best of their ability. We have some issues that still need to be fixed but we are having trouble getting them out to fix things. Overall, our experience was ok but would not build with them again.

We love our KB Home. The neighborhood is in a great and quiet location. The house has wonderful features. So glad that we found our house when we did and that it was move-in ready.

I signed my paperwork on 7/4/2019. From there on both my sales and construction team were attentive and responsive to all of my voiced concerns and update requests. Throughout the process we hit some bumps in the road, but for the most part they were made up and continued on with no further issues.

When I was first looking for a home I didn’t know where to look. Moving to the Vegas area, I’ve seen tons of KB Home builds and when I walked into one I was astounded by their level of detail. From the studio appointment, to builder in house walk throughs, signing my name on the dotted line. Everything couldn’t have been more seamless when it came to my home. Thanks KB for my energy star certified home!

Overall I am happy with my buying experience.

OUR SALES PERSON WAS OUTSTANDING ALONG WITH OUR CONSTRUCTION SUPER AND THE DESIGN STUDIO STAFF.OUR HOUSE WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND IS BEAUTIFUL.

Overall our experience was wonderful and easy compared to previous home purchases. My only concern was in regards to the refrigerator that was on back order. We were elated that we were getting a free upgrade and I asked for clarification ,10 days later we were advised that we were getting our original order which is what we paid for. I'm concerned now, after registering all of our appliances it shows the upgrade and not what we actually received.

They gave us a beautiful house that is perfect for our family.
