I would have expected the builder to give option to buyers to do some upgrades after building the house being they are the builder.

After I moved in there has been a few issues that has to yet be resolved but are on hold due to COVID 19. DeAndre has been great taking care os everything. Tom did a good job as well.

The community is wonderful with a mix of every home models. We choose plan 4 and love it. The workmanship on the home is average the material is average as well , but the upgrades are what make the home unique and beautiful. To be able an visit the home while construction is occurring and acknowledging adjustments is a good quality they offer. The Monte Bella , KB Home team is great to work with and heard our request of what my family was looking for in a home. They fulfilled our dream beyond our expectations. Great homes

We purchased a new home from KB Homes with finishes that were picked by a prior customer. We love everything from the flooring to the counters and the open layout. We had 1 issue with the garage door opener and the builder's manager Josh took care of it with 24 hours. Our house is our forever home and we thank KB Homes!!

Quiet neighborhood. Close to all kinds of stores. Great walking areas. Lovely landscaping.

Timeliness and timeline provided of build was on point. Builders provided great workmanship and were very concerned to ensure everything was perfect. Any little issue I had they responded quickly and found a solution to correct the problem extremely fast. It was all about customer service.

Everyone was helpful, and responsive. Communication was fantastic and so were the weekly updates. We are very satisfied.

I'm sorry but with the experience i went through, I would not recommend.

Everyone gets excited to close, but make certain everything is resolved before closing. The staff have been wonderful trying to resolve all of the items that still require paint, or towel racks/tissue paper holders falling off the wall, backyard not cleaned up or fine graded so we can get our landscaper in, and then to add to all of that, the corona virus. We absolutely love the house, just frustrated at how things are being resolved since closing.
