Excellent customer service

Many problems with floors, paint, tile, cabinet and more have made what could have been a great buying experience. The home has energy saving devices and insulation that can save a lot over the years but the nagging problems that remain makes me warn people I talk with to look somewhere else. Punch list items will not be taken care of. So if you don't mind getting irritated every day when you look around at all the problems that have been ignored by KB Homes, you might like their townhomes in Ormond Beach. Couple things to think about if you look at their townhomes, the units on the outside of the street have two parking spaces in their driveway whereas the units on the inside only have one because the sidewalk is in front of the units on the inside of the street. Also, units on the outside can park in the street and partially on their lot for a third space where the units in the inside cannot again because of the sidewalk. From sales to design studio, construction everything is not up to the mark for the money which you are paying. Think twice before going with KB, be careful at every step with sales & construction people.

Many floorplans to choose from, tons of variety in the design center for personalization. All representatives are friendly and helpful.

Disappointed with KB home - I get discriminators against and not valued as a third time home buyer.

I love my house. Both the sales representative and builder superintendent were absolutely awesome! They talked to throughout this process and gave me a beautiful home.

My overall experience has been great. Any questions or concerns that I’ve had, have been answered or taken care of.

We are first time home buyers and at first everything seemed like a lot. The team and KB helped us with everything and made sure to explain everything and make it a smooth and easy process. We love our new house!

We are so happy with the way our home turned out. Although we did have some issues throughout the build, overall we are satisfied with our new home and happy to be in it. It not only flew by, but our superintendent was very helpful along the way.

Neighborhood is amazing and home is okay, much better now due to our upgrades. Due to Covid 19 we have several issues in our home that have gone unfixed.

We love our home

There are little things here and there that needs to be fixed. The Garage door is loose, some of the plugs are loose the bedroom doors have pints all over it and chips, also pint on tiles that we tried to take it off and it’s noticeable. Nails on carpets my little one got poke couple times.

The entire process of purchase, move in, to after KB representatives were helpful and were willing to get us the best experience possible.

Brand new home with issues and even though they tell you there is a warranty, no one calls to follow up or give an idea when issues will be taken care of. So not sure whether issues will be fixed.

Sales was the only this we are satisfied because of Adrian . We closed some of the work which was pending promised to be taken care of later like landscaping it’s has negative slopes which happened while installing sprinkler system

KB was great at responding to concerns and inquiries. The work was a bit sloppy. We noticed some minor details that were not painted or done properly.

We didn't get a house, KB built us a home.

My wife and I purchased our first home from KB homes. We were very happy with the professionalism of the team, the quality of the construction materials and finishing. The sales and service staff went above and beyond to ensure we closed escrow on time and all our questions addressed.

Our sales person was not the greatest or most knowledgeable. We got many answers from them that were incorrect and ended up costing us in the end. Our construction manager was great but it seemed like the construction team cut corners and did not do everything correctly or to the best of their ability. We have some issues that still need to be fixed but we are having trouble getting them out to fix things. Overall, our experience was ok but would not build with them again.
