The whole process from our first walk through the model homes to closing and even the support afterwards has been so personal and much less stressful than it would've been without such talented, responsive, professional and capable leaders. The design center experience was so much fun despite the pressure of so many choices. The support and communication from our sale representative and construction manager throughout the building process was phenomenal. And now that we've moved in and are enjoying our new home, we continue to be impressed with amazing customer service and support. Supervisions on jobs and better workmanship,

If you go with KB home, be really careful with your studio selections. Purchase as much of that as you can outside of the studio. And check on your home weekly as it’s being built.

This is my first home that I have ever purchased, and I love it! It’s perfect my family of three. However, process to buy the house was long and arduous which can be a turnoff for first time buyers, though if not for the amazing staff of KB homes then I would have lost hope entirely.

From the beginning of our home buying experience we’ve been misled, misinformed, inconvenienced and shown that customers and customer satisfaction is not a priority for KB homes. From random pricing changes and poor quality work to failure to communicate and overall difficulty to do business with, with the exception of the follow up and reliability of Mike, the super intendant, building and purchasing with KB is a grueling and terrible experience. I would not recommend building or purchasing from KB to anyone.

My experience with KBHome was excellent.

This process for new homebuyers can be overwhelming. There's so much information I needed to know & it was hard to keep track of everything. Mike, in the sales office, was amazing at giving me up-to-date information on the progress of my home build in this 7-month process. The design studio was a fun, but exhausting, day of so many options & features, my head was swimming by the end of the day. But the design studio team was wonderful in guiding me through the details. The sales representative, Trish, kicked off the process with a helpful, thorough, and professional approach with our ultimate happiness and satisfaction as her primary goals. Andre, the building superintendent, made certain that each step in the building process was completed to our satisfaction. The KB Home vendor partners were obviously vetted to ensure that they met the high standards of KB Home. Post move-in, Trish has checked in on a regular basis. Andre has been incredibly attentive and helpful in fixing every little "irregularity" that we have brought to his attention. It's been a fabulous and totally painless experience! Quality at delivery time is slopy, could be more neatly delivery. Bricks could show better craftman ship.

Good model plans but quality of materials is average

I’ve passed by Cobblestone community many times before I decided to buy the house. I had thought the price would be crazy because of the location and the quality of the house. However, we came into a surprise when we finally checked out the house. Price is reasonable with good quality and nice looking house. Definitely recommend KB Homes to others!

Beyond expectations

We love our new KB Home! Don't let the 4 star quality bother you. Everything we needed fixed has been addressed or is being addressed quickly. We enjoyed the process of building.
