Everything was smooth, GREAT/TERRIFIC, FANTASTIC!!!

The home buying process and closing went smoothly, and the purchase was completed without any issues. During the final walk-through, several issues were identified that needed to be corrected. However, four months later, some of these issues still remain unresolved. We have been in contact with the KB Home VP representative and are expecting all pending items to be resolved within the next couple of weeks, as previously promised.

Was a quick close which we are grateful was able to happen

As a first time homebuyers we did face alot of issues but Thomas and Daniel was always there to help us out ! I really appreciate them both

We purchased the home and watched it being built. Interesting process and KB appeared to do a good job with that. We did have issues with things being incomplete right up to closing and then they scrambled to fix what was relatively little stuff; it was just super annoying to see (and mentioning them) these items right up to the closing walk-through. week after week. Som,e of the upgrades seem to lack bang for the buck the Gourmet kitchen just adds taller cabinets and supposedly better appliances. The lower cabinets are annoying since they do not offer drawers vs cabinets.. You find yourself on hands and knees looking for stuff. Argh.. There is little to no Smart home integration... I bought what I thought was a digital lock that ended up being a Z-Wave installation that, 2 months later, is still not working, and KB says your problem not ours. Again minor but very annoying. ... I really appreciated the attention that Jill and Robert provided. I do find it odd that we had to reach out to the HOA for our mail keys and they weren't provided with the house. Very inconvenient having to pick them up or even have them mailed.

Everyting is good and fine

Our experience with KB was great we appreciate all the hard work that was put in. The KB team did an excellent job every step of the way from the start of our home to finish. I was very satisfied with the service I received, our home is amazing!

I loved my home buying experience with KB, right from Sales to Design Center to Construction updates and closing, everything was seamless and meticulous. It is well worth the investment. The only recommendation I have is to match the home price with current market price and the price of similar homes being sold in the community

we had a few minor issues after moving in .. Alex was very responsive and had everything resolved in a timely manner.. very happy with new home purchase... it's a nice neighborhood and everything seems to be very energy efficient

My experience with KB Home in Wilder Pines, Lakeland, FL has been frustrating. Since moving in, I’ve encountered ongoing issues with the quality and condition of my home. I’ve reached out to the customer service team several times, but the follow-up has been inconsistent, and many of my concerns remain unresolved. One of the most challenging aspects has been the lack of communication. Promises to return calls or provide updates have not been followed through, which has left me feeling overlooked during a time when support should be a priority. I expected better accountability and service after closing on my home. Unfortunately, my experience has not met those expectations. I hope KB Home takes steps to improve their post-closing support and overall customer care. At this time, I would not feel comfortable recommending them based on my experience. ... More

My wife and I had a great first home buying experience with KB homes. Valerie was friendly and informative, when we were closing Dave and Jim made us feel confident in our home.

We had a wonderful sales rep, Yolanda that was knowledgeable and patient with all our first time home buyer questions. She kept us updated and in the loop on the construction weekly and explained clearly how the process worked. Also Marcus our loan officer through KB was very responsive to our text and calls, he helped us get a loan that worked for us. Overall very satisfied with purchase.
