The tradesmen are majority unqualified. Framers are terrible, painters lazy, masons were good, roofers try to get too much done to quickly and the shingles are loose because nails are missing to anchor them down. Siding is not smooth. The bath in the master constantly creeks and squeaks. The front door light kicks the breaker every time we turn it on which kills the light and fan in the powder room. Drywall is not level in window frames from top to bottom some also from side to side. The fence blew over in a storm. The flood light already stopped working on the back of the house. The light switches have no attempt of coordination in sequence of what light turns on in the home, you just keep flipping them on and off till you get the desired light to illuminate. ... More

Make sure all upgrades are structural because that can’t be changed later.

Be patient with closing process. It can be very frustrating.

Had a wonderful experience.

My contractor was available to speak to at all times of the day. Sell associate was outstanding.

Our home is delivered on-time as promised. Sales and on-site supervisors were very good in explaining all the details. Final walk through by support staff has explained all the details very well. They also followed up with us post moving into house to make sure everything is good and we are comfortable.

Our salesperson was GREAT! (Misty Mee), Dave the construction manager was awesome as well. Since we’ve moved in, Sergio has been a pleasure to work with... great team! THANK YOU!!

Very easy to work wth

Communication is excellent on every level of this whole process from start to finish.

Was a good experience with all the KB representatives and I was kept up to date on every phase of the building process.

My buying experience was excellent. Very responsive and always available to answer my many questions. After being here for almost 2 months I notice that there are a lot of things are not up to par. Window that doesn’t lock, window with a very apparent hole in the frame, paint speckles on the floor, area by front door not coated correctly correctly, cover up was attempted with paint instead of fixing it right., baseboard missing in kitchen behind refrigerator, outlets with usb plug are difficult to plug in to but was told that’s just the way they are. Basically I feel there was no attention to detail and don’t think the home was thoroughly inspected before it was turned over to me. ... More
