Excellent 10 across the board.

While there were some small issues with the build quality for the flooring, some of the appliances, and the plumbing, the overall home buying experience from KB homes was worth the price.

Sales, construction staff and crews were great. They were attentive and responsive throughout. They followed thru any issues we had and we are very satisfied with our new home.

We love our new home. We had a few problem when we moved in but they were quickly fixed. Sal is the best to deal with when we moved in to help us.

Had an awesome experience with KB Home. The only thing I was a bit disappointed was with the studio experience. My first visit I had a consultant with whom I made a rapport but I my second visit I was given another consultant I did not like that at all. Other then that I was ver please. The sales person Dough made up for any miss pleasing I was feeling. He was an amazing person.

Have always wanted to buy from KB homes, and I was able to do it. Love the selection, great quality

For the cost of our new home we are extremely disappointed in the overall process. Very poor quality workmanship. Still having issues 30+ days after move in.

KB promises 100% completion before move-in, but they did not deliver on their promise. Our home was far from being completed with numerous flaws and construction problems. We are still dealing with issues that have not be fixed or even addressed. Our neighbors have similar or worse issues. I have purchased other new home in the past and have never had such a bad experience. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy a KB home.

Couldn’t be happier to have purchased our KB home for my wife and kids. We are beyond excited for this new journey! By far we’ve had such a great experience, we are loving it!

For the most part we have been pleased with our new home. The part that we are unhappy with is that throughout the process we have been told many things and the timing of them getting done or getting them done the right way has been a pain. Especially with our front yard area. The plans always seem to change with KB and they don’t always seem to know what’s going on and their answer to solving a problem is that they will find out and let you know but then they never let you know.

KB Home offers different models for different families in a community setting, so all kind of families can live and interact together.

Our family has nothing but wonderful things to say about our experiences with the KB team here at Euclid Place. From the beginning John has been wonderful working with us to purchase our home and his sales colleague Eddie has also been helpful even if he wasn’t our sales representative. We’re always treated kindly and our questions were answered right away. Robert, Handel, and the entire construction crew have done an awesome job with our home and we are so happy with it. Keep track of the progress of your build. Do not be afraid to ask questions and keep in touch with the build supervisor.

The guides are very clear. People are very nice

I am very satisfied to choose KB as a builder and also as a lender. Everything was excellent starting from the sale representative to the loan processor.

KB has an exceptional team of caring and talented people working with homebuyers to make the experience perfect. Communication is very important to me, I was/am pleased beyond measure. Thank you!

The sales staff and mortgage team CP and Cindy were awesome! Johnathan the construction super was very attentive and fast in responding. I have no issues with the Magnolia Grove jax KB team. I would say my issue is with the quality of the sheet rock and flooring construction sub contractors . They did not pay attention to details. Be sure to watch their work. Be sure that floors, walls, and windows are level and square- as ours was not. We have crooked and uneven walls windows floors and ceiling. Apart from the cosmetics, the house seems to be sturdy. The exterior looks perfect. I cannot complain about the design or construction of the outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars to responsiveness is because I used the KB 800 number to resolve warranty issues. They are pretty much useless. The KB construction super (Johnathan) deserves 10 stars for his fast response being to sole person responsible for rectifying our issues. The KB team we worked with were and are 100% trust worthy. Quality of work is very poor.

This has been a wonderful home buying experience ever. Michelle and Sebastian are very professional and helpful. We are very pleased with their service and overall 100 % satisfied with their responsiveness and regular follow ups. Glad that we choose KB Home as our first dream home.

Had a great experience buying and building our home with kb at logan pointe in jacksonville

Actually I was not such a good experience because the seller did not place what I had asked for and never put it on. At no time did he contact me, for which I do not recommend it, as for the staff my house was not ready until the same day of closing, due to lack of communication

This was my first home building and buying experience and I am slightly disappointed. I chose to go with KB home because they promised and strive for "great customer satisfaction" and portrayed their company as being highly attentive to their home owners. We love our home but there are many flaws. I would describe our home as "messy." When doing our walk throughs with the construction manager we pointed out specific things that were not right or that needed to be corrected and we were promised everything would be fixed and perfect before we moved in. Well that was not the case because there is a multitude of areas in our home that need to be fixed. Secondly, we were promised a 10 day follow up after move in and we did not receive any acknowledgement or "check in" until a month and a half after moving in. I have been living here for 2 months now and still have not had any of the problems in my home fixed or had any further follow up. The only good experience we had was in the studio. We had a great representative that walked us through each and every aspect. It is a very over whelming experience and she made it very easy. The only misleading part is picking out the exterior colors of the house. They give you a sheet with a few different swatches laid out and expect you to pick your house color from that. I would recommend having a physical picture of the house painted in each color scheme to help the buyer have a better idea of what their house will look like. Overall, we love our home with the exception of the poor customer service and messy construction/building work done on our home. ... More
