KB Home Reviews

As first time home builders, it was a stressful process, however, we are very glad we had a trustworthy and reliable contractor and salesperson to guide us along the way. We are very much in love with our new home.

For the money paid for house, I think the quality and workmanship is a bit lacking. Also, we picked a larger lot to install a pool in the future. But due to the extreme excavation to the back yard (which we discovered was necessary after the house build was well underway) to facilitate drainage. We may not be able to install a pool or even afford to install a pool. Not too happy with KB Homes right now.

the points of contact provided all were helpful, friendly and quick to reply to the many questions i had. thank you

KB home try takes care of you at all times.

Starting from signing the buying contract to possession and after that also received enough assistance in all steps

Be more involved in building process...

I came into this journey with low expectations and mainly buying for the value but left very Impressed with KB through the whole process

Nice purchase, wonderful communication with everyone from KB

Ben, Patty, and Isabeau are excellent and will always be there to reach out to and provide insight and assistance with any needs.

It was a great experience seeing everything being built from ground point until now kB homes is the truth

They are here to help whenever you need them. Comfortable business.

Had a nice experience buying a new home from KB. Everything was done as expected. Customer service is excellent!

Very Satisfied! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The whole team is great

I cannot stress enough that experience with KB homes has been great from the start. The biggest compliment would be that of the customer service. The only negative feedback I would provide is the quality of workmanship. Now that we've been in our house for over a month, we've noticed a decent amount of flaws with paint, caulking, carpet, and others. There are many spots where there is pain "runs" on the doors, even with dents in some of the interior doors. KB has been quick to respond to fix however, it would have been nicer to not have to deal with it at all, especially given the price we paid for the house. ... More

Great home buying experience. However since moving in m, I’ve noticed little kinks here and there.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We were amazed at the options at the design studio and the pricing was great. Mark, the contractor, was great explaining everything to us during the build. We would recommend KB to anyone and would definitely buy one again

I m very happy very nice work value of price paid

the communication involved was wonderful, every question/concern I had was handled very professionally and I was updated on the progress of my home at least once a week. Multiple people were involved in this process and it helped a lot! This is my first new build and I did not know what to expect but I have seen others get new builds elsewhere and it was far less stressful than they made it seem.

A few minor concerns but overall decent experience.

Everybody on the KB Home team was very friendly and responsive. My house was completed on time, as promised, and I love my new home. I highly recommend KB Homes.
