Pleads for ratings of 10 for perfection is predominant but be careful AFTER their surveys. Verbal promises are forgotten and you end up looking dumb for making requests based on non written commitments. A definite shift of attitude begins. I'm hoping I'm wrong. And your follow up appts are always during your working hours-which means lost wages each time you have issues. Make sure to test flush toilets for longtime running water.

We enjoyed the whole process from start to finish. Everything was on time as promised and everyone that helped us was very knowledgeable.

I would not recommend KB Homes to anyone. Unless they really wanted to be in the community that KB is developing. Build quality, craftsmanship and finish and attention to details is inferior to many other builders Like Terry Homes

Everything Is fine

The house was beautiful when finished. There are items in the house that were unfinished and lots of design center issues that soured this experience. Advice: new hires need much better training. Me working in the real estate industry I really was able to see the lack of professionalism and experience and it didn’t make the process great. Wish I had worked with more veteran employees. The Design Center was by far the worse experience of it all. A lot of items were not explained and I missed out on configuring my house the way I would’ve liked. customer service manager Rob is an excellent manager giving him 10 stars really concern with buyers and constructor supervisor Steven is the same thing 10 stars rate but the materials are cheap a lot of things to fix for a brand new house

We just settled and moved in so the experience is a new beginning - new townhome, in a new town, etc . and so far the support from KB has been helpful in this transition.

Customer always comes first. You need to do this in order to achieve success.
