Personally the people are personable. Questions are always answered and I appreciate that. The quality of my home is not that great. I feel like the home was rushed, even though the home took longer than expected to be completed. Unfinished painting around the home, chips and dents as well. All in all, promises are not kept and quality is not there either. Not a great first home buying experience on their end.

House stiill missing shower glass, heat not working at all, A/C not working properly, air ducts does not flow,cabinetry for kitchen and batroom have poor quality,they damage the upgraded appliances and floor. They have a slow response for warranty, and the problems not fixed.

This was a struggle from beginning to the end! Terrible workmanship and finishing on the home. The caulking and paint job was so horrible, I’m having to call warranty office every week. I’ve already found a water leak in my kitchen within a month of moving in. My walls were cracking even before I moved in. The home was delayed due to inventory shortages, we closed after 14 months of signing the home. After all this, I wished the quality is better. The floor makes sounds all over the home while walking. I have scratched windows and cracked windows, but still don't have any ETA on when that'll be fixed.

The process if purchasing the home was fine. Our loan officer Rossana was awesone she goes above and beyond. Before moving we pointed out a lot of repairs and cosmetic issues all over the home. We have been in the home for almost 2 months now and none of the issues have been corrected. Everytime we reach out they tell us that their priority is closing on the rest of the homes.

Sales guy was very thoughtful and helpful all the time by the way has been the only one that threat us with respect. I like my new house, but I cannot deny that it has a lot of paint and finish details, it has a problem in the bathroom plumbing which flows into the garage, they broke the wall and left it that way and they still haven't repaired it, I don't I can't and I don't have time to be calling and writing to the repair technician, the yard is old and damaged and still hasn't settled, compared to other new houses that have not yet been delivered, they glued the bathroom floor cover badly and it's peeling off , I need pest control, and many details that I still have no answer

Waited 37 years to buy my first house with my wife. With the quality of the house, wish I could have went with another builder, somewhere else who has high quality builds. We bought the home 2 months ago and kind of regret going with KB. Quality is definitely not a priority. The house was obviously rushed by workers who just want to get the job done as fast as possible. Not a craftsman home and it all shows.

You hire ppl that do cheap work, you use cheap material and i have been constantly on email having isues being resolved. Thr floors ate damaged and i have not been able to fully furnish my home until you correct them and i have been here over a month. My experience has been a headache- contractors in my home constantly repairing your low quality construction defects.

There had been sooo much delay in the building process that I don't believe can be explained by the pandemic problem. There had been a quick transition with supervisors and I am under the impression that this is the problem. Nick is great but I hope KB can at least keep their good people.

I purchased my new home from KB homes. I was in a tight spot and needed a home rather quickly. This one was available so I bought it. The craftsmanship and materials used were not worth the price paid for the home. Honestly, I would never buy or recommend a KB built home again. Corners were cut, the quality of work was sacrificed, and the materials used were prioritized in order to maximize profits. I understand this and can’t blame them. No one forced me to buy this home. My wife and I have lived in our new KB build for nearly two months in Parker, CO as of October 2023. While we are enjoying our new home, we have been inundated with a multitude of issues in our home stemming from poor workmanship. Uneven floors, holes underneath carpet, leaking shower surround, improper installation of light fixture, crooked window frames, poor gas line installation given customer’s selected appliances, among other things. I know KB isn’t custom home builder, but there is no doubt that more should be expected from a company charging 500k and above in our area.

We were so excited to design and build our new home. The sales and design center teams were great. Everything after that went downhill. Our superintendent ignored every single communication I sent, items were installed or built incorrectly despite me regularly notifying the superintendent, and closing got delayed the morning of our final walkthrough, when I had flown back in the night before just for this process. My experience was very bad since the closing was delayed three times without prior notice. When they delivered the house, it had many unfinished things and some poorly done. Communication was very difficult and it wasn't because of the language, as they once told me, but rather because one called and they didn't answer the phone or emails.

The experience was much better in the very beginning. I had to close without the home being completely finished. Almost 2 months later & I’m still told things are on back order. You will have to watch everything the construction crews does on the house - be an active home buyer and hold all the parties accountable. Do not sign the ready to close document until all is fixed they way you like it. If you actively involved all the little or big things can get fixed along the way. Don't let the construction crew bully you. It was less than stellar for my family and quite stressful.

Had to give a bad review before we could get a response to issues that needed to be addressed. Project Manager and Asst. Project Manager were not on the same page as one would say one thing about the work that need to be done and the other would say something else. They gave you the feeling that when you called about a problem that needed to be addressed that you were only a complainer.
