Great service, quality and people

I’m very happy and very satisfied of my new home

KB homebuilders have built my family a wonderful house that we are proud to call our home. The craftmanship of the construction, professionalism of the staff, and the overall quality are top-notch. Driving up to my KB home every day, I know we made the right decision. Minnie Arias and Jeff specifically are two KB employees who should be sought out and recognized!

My husband and I got our first house this holiday season- and it’s been the best experience. Carol, Bobby, and Mark are some of the most genuine and productive people I have ever met! Working with them To get our house exactly how we want it has been such a blessing.

KB Homes has always produced quality homes and their home buying process is by far the best in the country. They are an exceptional builder who created high quality homes with customer satisfaction in mind.

I still have things waiting to get done for when I first moved in nobody ever called me about my house vibrating when trash trucks go by . Very disappointed

Great experience for first time homebuyers

We have been in our new home a couple months are enjoying it. This is my 3rd new build so I don’t know if I’m just picky but lots of paint overspray on the tile floors I’m finding throughout the home and messiness in lines of grout and paint on doors, I’ve asked for extra paint stock at least half dozen times and still have yet to get it. I went in with a huge amount of upgrades on cabinets, Quartz countertops and other major items but just went with the standard plumbing in kitchen and bathrooms and installed them ourselves due to the overpricing by the design center. Structurally I am happy with the home, but the cleaning and some labor functions I would say need to be perfected since we spend a lot of money on these homes and I expect precision in the completion of the home . All in all, I would recommend KB Homes but would be very observant when doing your final walk through. ... More

The ability to get the site approved, financing approved, selection of floor plans, etc. was excellent. The home, however, was rushed and the finish work is terrible. Damaged door, drywall tape visible all over the place, caulk lines look like they were done by a drunk, silicon cracking around sinks within a month. Responses to repairs are excruciatingly slow. 2 months to get a medicine cabinet installed that should've been there prior to closing. Worker sent for drywall repair made a mess and the repairs were horrible. Next guy did well to fix his predecessors work but then used the wrong paint. 3 weeks later and still not fixed. Construction crews from kb working on other houses have driven forklifts through our lawn enough that large sections of sod need to be replaced. Trash from other sites in our yard every day. Nail guns being fired on Christmas morning. ... More

Great company and employ

We were first time homebuyers and the process went very smooth. We love our home. The only complaint I have is the materials used are cheap.

Answer that every Monday up date call. They are very informative.

We really have nothing but good things to say about KB Home. The experience was great minimal issues and the staff Carol/Bobby/Mark we awesome. They are really great people to work with.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Very professionally and helpful

I like my single story home very much. I bought the 1849 model. One issue I have is that I wish the company would build single story homes near each other instead of being sandwiched in between gigantic two story homes. Also the basic home too expensive to start out with since the buyer is absolutely compelled and finds it necessary to upgrade.

We are extremely happy with our KB Home! Everyone involved from sales to the construction process was very knowledgeable, professional and they really strive for excellent customer service. Anything we needed or any questions we had they were always there to answer them for us. This entire process was seamless and they took us through the construction process all the way with weekly updates. Seeing our home come to life has been an exciting time for us and we are so happy with our decision to have KB build our dream home! Not happy with the home ! Moved in on Oct . 31st .. The yard was not graded correctly, the paint inside and outside the home wasn’t really painted it was dusted with color .. can’t use kitchen drawer .. electrical.. fuse blow for no reason .. the baseboards were painted while dusty.. not smooth at all .. floors have gaps ... masterbed room has a hole in the ceiling.. fire sprinkler?? Sliding door frame is scratched.. My issues are not being addressed ...
