We are very disappointed with our house we are still having people fixing discrepancies that should have been done before moving in. I am starting to see that my KB home was done very poorly and it is frustrating having to pay this much money and not have this house done correctly. I feel like

KB Homes is an overall great company everyone was very responsive to our needs. I am very glad I did business with them.

Tony our main contact for construction was very helpful and friendly, from our first meeting with him and through out the entire process. When we had questions/concerns Tony was available to answer, and as first time home buyers this was very reassuring that we were making the right decision by building with KB. The home building/buying process can be very stressful but with the right person helping you it can make the experience a little less stressful and a little more fun. Overall it was a great experience working with the entire KB team. We love our new house!

Service is very good, fast and of good quality. There were several minor issues when we just moved in, such as heating and the master bedroom door. They could have been prevented.

Several minor comments; Took me making 4 trips to the sales office to get my “welcome” gift(which by the way was not worth the wait) There was a mistake on the location of extra elec outlets, but was resolved to my satisfaction. We have only a few remains fixable issues. I’m waiting to see if they abide by their “will check back with you 30 days after deal closes” One other item; the inset hot & cold water lines for the washer is problematic as the twist-on hoses from my washer it was very difficult the adequately tighten the fittings, resulting in leaks Otherwise, mostly satisfied

Second home we've owned but first home I haven't had a moment where i've gone "I wish this was different." and that's after a month living here. Shout out to Justin from the KB office here and Stephen the superintendent for being on top of everything and making this a great experience!

Great experience

Home layout is great and just the right size. Neighborhood is small and quiet. Rob was a fantastic salesman to work with. Extremely helpful in finding funding and working through issues. Logan and Tyler have been great supers to respond to questions and issues.

KB Home has a network of people that made the home buying experience very enjoyable, fun and with little to no problems. From sales, construction, lender to closing, it was all an experience that we have nothing but happy memories of. We are very happy to have chosen such a reputable builder. Our community is looking great and the neighbors are all wonderful people. Our house came out as we expected.

We migrated to the US 5 years ago and it has been a dream to have our own home. With KB Homes, our dream came to a reality and we couldn’t be more happier. It was nerve wrecking process but with KB Homes, the home buying experience was made easier by the entire team that helped us through each step. We are loving every inch of our new haven. Fast Professional Customer Oriented The Best

Everyone says KB nickel and dimes everyone. Don't believe them. You get so many upgrades and included features that the options are things you choose to personalize your home

The building superintendent Dan has been amazing and salesperson kimara! Its because of there calls, honest, knowledge, insight that we went through with buying this home and loving it. I could write a book about the things they helped me with.

From the sales office people to the our closing manager, very pleased with everyone and our new home.

The entire process was smooth and easy. Any questions or issues were answered immediately. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

Great customer service from start to finish.

The only down side we experienced was timing. House was 2 weeks behind schedule and the house was not complete when we did our final walk through or second final walk through before closing.
