Sales great, home is build well good value for price. However, coordinating follow up to resolve issues needs attention. Coordinator for this project does not communicate of complete followup timely. This can be very frustrating.

I purchased a quick move in home. Tiffany and Joseph were wonderful to work with! They were so efficient, I closed in less than 30 days. They both called many times to follow up with me to make sure everything was going well with my new home.

This is my first home and it was a great experience working with KB homes.

I am on the field at the options and the basic price were quite high. Or Charithing but KB Home has been responsive when we have had warranty issues so far.

We have had one or two issues in the house since we moved in, which I guess is normal, the good thing though is that they were taken care of promptly, The construction staff ( Mr Eric & Randy ) have superceded our expectations in helping us and giving us useful tips since this is our first house and we were very nervous when we were moving in. I think KB is doing a very good job in After sales, they can improve in the sales department though.

I want to thank Sergio for quickly resolving any issues I had . He made this a great experience by providing exceptional customer service skills. I have to say Sergio really cared about my family being happy with our new home . He made sure are expectations were met.

This is our second KB Home. Highly recommend this builder.

KB Home has a team who is willing to help you and answer any questions you might have throughout the whole building process. Steve, the construction manager, was really helpful and friendly when we needed to address a couple of things in the house.

Was impressed with the overall buying experience, being a first time buyer. And after moving in, the sales service is quick and timely when I have any questions or concerns.

I am happy with my purchase for the location I bought my home in. Only complain is about the finishing of my home. For the price I paid, I expected better value in things like thermostats, a very cheap COR thermostat is offered, and that cannot be changed if you don't want to void the warranty. Another thing I didn't like about KB is that, lack of hook ups for ceiling fans and in built speaker wiring system. This doesn't cost a lot, but we were not given any choice to upgrade too, as we bought the home little late in the process. We recently purchased a brand new KB home in Thornton! We could not be happier! Amanda and Stefan took such great care of us throughout the entire process! Come be our neighbor at Homestead Hills Villas!!!
