Asked to resubmit my first review bc “doesn’t meet website guidelines “ ... laughable smh... Here’s a summary: Nice staff/responsiveness... 4 stars Value for price .... 3 stars Trustworthiness... 1 star.. lost trust from the very beginning to the end. A pure nightmare Quality... 1 star .. never moved into a new home that was presented new ... (sloppy, debts, splatters, wires etc)

Good quality the materials and work according to the price. KB home team excellent!

KB Home was always there from financing to picking the land to the construction of the home. Ensuring my complete satisfaction. When we encountered any issues, they immediately took care of it with no questions asked. KB Home produced a great home at a very good price. I definitely recommend KB Home.

The whole process from sales (Bobby - awesome) to fixing stuff after moving in (Andre - fantastic) was pretty seamless. Everyone has been helpful and quick to respond when we’ve had a question or issue.

When calling the customer service line no one answers or if they do they are not much help. If they didn't have a great superintendent that helps out so much i would have a problem with them not answering. Other then that its a great home.

Customer service after my move in was bad and i would suggest the team at least to respond if customer is calling. Dry wall after fixing my bathroom pan is left for more than 20 days during the period of Thanksgiving. I have called customer service but no response yet.

Everyone we worked with was very helpful. Conner supervised the construction and helped us during and after the sale.

Loved the quality and service of KB.

When they show you the model homes the are so perfect. I am not taking about the upgrades, but the finish of paint, cabinets, walls, garage door and landscaping. I have many issues minor and major ones. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable but they are small in number and can't keep up. I have to wait for repair a long time.

I am over-the-top pleased with my home buying experience with KB Home. Their customer service is World Class. They truly care about the buyer and focus on service and quality. :)

Here's my experience, I never had a issue with the contractors. They were probably the shinning star of this company. Everything we talked to them about was done promptly and handled accordingly. We had issues come up with framing and they were promptly handled with the proper care I would expect from a company bidding for my business. The design studio gets a A+ also. I forget the name of the woman who helped us, but she was also a rockstar. She helped us explaining the cost differences and what to expect down the road. Now the face of the company was horrible and will make me never buy from this company again. Becky was rude at times, short and was never very sympathetic for issues that came up. Some of the issues: I had questions about the contract and she talked over me instead of discussing it with me, we had issues with our first Lender and had to start the whole process over again, Becky continued to hound my wife and I about our lender, eventually cc'ing us in a very rude and unprofessional email, which was sent to our lender. This letter was so rude my lender vowed that his company will never work with KB Homes again. At the very end of it Becky threatened us with our lender, saying that if our lender couldn't come up with a loan agreement that our contract would be voided out, unless we went with KB Homes lenders. When it came down to my family doing our final walkthrough, my wife and I had scheduled a trip to Texas for my work conference. We made it very well known in the beginning to middle of the project these dates were a no go for us to close due to that (my wife had paid 600ish for the conference and plus plane tickets, rental cars, hotel rooms etc.). Becky insisted that we need to be there on this date which was a few days before we were due back, couldn't even work with us about pushing it out a few days. After numerous days of arguing about it Becky, asked us to have our father-in-law who just had a heart attack (which Becky knew), who couldn't even drive and was not mentally capable at that moment (due to his health) to come to get the keys and do the final walkthrough. After a long time arguing, complete frustration, and Hopelessness that this would never get resolved we finally were able to get our date pushed out. I am beyond frustrated with the whole process besides the three (1 design studio, 2 contractors) people I spoke about above. As for the pricing, I have remodeled my home before and I have a good idea how much labor and materials cost. You guys would of raked me over the coals, with flooring if I had not done the flooring in my old home.. The up charge on the materials alone made me reconsider adding anything extra through you guys. It would of been nice to have a home ready to move into at the end of the process instead of having to do construction for the first two weeks of living there. I much rather have the thousands of dollars in my pocket that were the difference in the prices quoted by you guys instead of the actual cost. The home Is beautiful and was well made. That's why I gave the for stars.... everything else would of been a 1 due to becky, except for the people I mentioned above. ... More

Staff has been very helpful on anything we've asked or requested. We're on the path to building our new home they way we envision it.

So far the house is coming along fine. No major issues and KB answers within a reasonable time.

Enjoy the progress of your home and ask questions as it is being built. Splurge on a few extras. The finished product KB Home delivers is worth the wait. Hector our Salesman & Greg the Construction manager were great to work with start to finish. We have 2 concerns for KB. 1) your painters are subpar. We had to really push to get them to cover all their missed areas. I strongly recommend you get a new company to protect your reputation. 2) Keep a dumpster, broom, and dust pan around for the framers & sheet rock crew to clean up at the end of each day. The construction and the sales team at KB Homes Stagecoach Crossing was very friendly and available to answer any question and/ or help with any request. It was a pleasure dealing with every single one of them and I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience from beginning to end, friendly staff, great house, great experience.

Seriously consider KB Home and compare it to others before you purchase.

The Forman Trevor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the house as it went up and kept me abreast of which I really appreciate.

Very pleased with the entire process from sales, construction, financing and all the support and help we have received post close.

We are so happy with our new home. It is beautiful.

KB homes is affordable for most families. Our best experience was with the real estate agent assigned to the new homesite. They definitely need to improve with the quality of workmanship that goes into the home.

Some of the materials, like the tiles around the front of my house are already chipping/shattering. Seems like either a cheap product or default. Window and sliding glass door not installed properly.

I don’t like the home owners association. I been trying to paint my fence and there’s too many restrictions and rules

The mortgage piece was terrible. After move in , had several repairs, takes a lot of my work time. Used my electricity to build the neighbors house. The stucco walls are not flat.

Over all, the customer service of Kb has been great. We have had a few issues moving in, but KB has been extremely responsive and has resolved everything in a timely matter.
