The perfect first family home! Good responsiveness, answered all my questions and kept me updated along the way.

The best home buying experience I could have asked for! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable (shout out to Kelly) The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cared about helping me find the right fit. The home itself is beautifully built with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Every room feels thoughtfully designed, and I can already tell it will stand the test of time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-built home and a stress-free buying process!

It was a privilege working with the KB team. The team made the complex home process look so simple and easy. They were always there to guide and provide clarity to where necessary. Good and quality materials were used, above I had the opportunity to make some interesting choices and designs from the KB design studio. KB gives you great value for your money.

Everything was great from start to finish. The Project Manager was on top of everything every week. If there was something wrong I pointed out was fixed. The financial division was very helpful in all ways.

Had great people in my corner helping me get my house. Thank you to Juliet, Jamie, Francesca, Tino, Raul, Jacob and if I forgot any others, please know I appreciate you as well! Throughout the whole process I always had people to go to, and couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you guys!!

We had seen these model homes several times and loved them. Finally after coming back about 4-5 different times, Ozzie mentioned they have a home ready to move in. Unfortunately for someone else they had to pull out of this deal for personal reasons. We got to view the home and lived the flooring, cabinets in kitchen and the yard size so we decided to move forward. Was in the home in about 30 days

Alvaro was the Construction Super for my home in Shoreline Park. He was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. He thoroughly explained each step of the construction process to ensure I understood. He was very responsive to my calls and emails. Alvaro was also proactive in letting me know about any delays (some issues beyond the control of KB Homes) so I could take appropriate measures to minimize impact to scheduling for close and moving. I felt well informed through the whole construction period. KB honored their comitents related to appraisal values and financing incentives to ensure I was getting maximum value for my home purchase. Every step of the way went even smoother than I could’ve imagined! Every person I met along the way was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The communication between kb personnel and myself was seamless. At any point I had any questions or confusion my questions and concerns were extinguished immediately with clear, concise, and consistent communication. The house came out beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with KB and will 100% recommend them to anyone I meet looking to build or buy a home.

Buying a home was a good experience overall. Although there was some confusion at the beginning—especially around the sale process—the team eventually handled things well. The loan department and customer service other departments were helpful, and they worked to clear up the issues. In the end, they made the overall experience pretty smooth and positive.

I am really enjoyed working with my loan advisor and sales representative. They were both quick to answer all of my questions and really made sure this process was smooth for me.

The Sales office (Christina) is Great. The Home orientation and warranty guys are real good and responsive. The KBHome Mortgage office is quite inept. They seem to not have their act together to get the information for loan processing in a timely manner. Took 3 months to get this closed!

From the sales agent to builder and rest of the team were very friendly and helpful. Always one call away to solve any issues and problems.

We love our new home and our community. They offer great floor plans and design options to choose from. KB Home team is outstanding and they have helped us on every step of the process. Buying a house can be a stressful process but we really enjoyed it.

From the beginning to the end everyone from the sales team through to the finance team and then the construction manager were there for any of my concerns about the process of building a house. The contractors were very helpful and respectful of the fact that they were in a home that was being built for someone else and took pride in their work.

I was nervous starting the process but everyone at KB were available and answered all my questions. I think the price is fair for the value of the home, especially compared to others in the area. Overall I am incredibly happy with the experience and thankful for all the help the KB team offered throughout every stage of the process.

It was a bit of a process, but both Janice and Trevor were great and very helpful in dealing with the stresses of purchasing the new home. Highly recommended.

I have no problems with the sales representative and the home buying experience but I do have a problems with the materials/equipment of the house. My family and I just moved in 1st week of February 2025 and we already encountered problems with the dishwasher on our 2nd week and now, our garage door.

My experience buying from KB Home was one of my best home buying experiences! I felt like the entire team cared about the quality of the home and communicating at every step. I highly recommend KB Home to anyone!
