We had an outstanding experience with all KB staff, however the quality of craftsmanship and care of construction was very poor in our first home build experience. We had trash left in our walls and behind HVAC units, carpet laid over debris, flooring laid incorrectly, missing electrical components, missing plumbing components, and more which has led to an unpleasant month of constant repairs and fixes after moving in. The KB team has been scrambling to make sure everything is fixed to our satisfaction but please make sure you are keeping an eye out on details that construction crews (a lot inexperienced) are doing incorrectly....also don’t rely on the “inspections” made by the construction manager... we have had a lot of issues that should have been taken care of during points of inspection and weren’t. The home was great and allowed for further improvements that was easy for me. The welcoming crew and Rick the manager was very helpful during the walkthrough and when we had some questions and issues with the house. Rick was very helpful and very prompt with service and follow through.

KB took shortcuts while building the home, including placement of electrical outlets and number of switches operating the lights. KB repeatedly stated they would fix a mistake, but did not. KB charged lot premiums with no reasonable explanations. KB did not explain all features of the home and property, resulting in purchasing options that were not necessary. Home features are on the low end.

We could have not been more pleased with our purchase and the amount of attention to making everything right including any follow up service.

Builder was great

Everything from the start was well taken care of. All my concerns regarding the loan , the build , and the even after we moved in the team made sure we were taken care of and satisfied!

We experienced the Camp Fire last November. After 10 months of moving 4 times and experiencing the loss of all we owned, we have finally moved into our new home. It is blessing for us and finding the opportunity to enter into this relationship with KB Home has been very good for us.

KB Home is an underrated gem. My home impresses everyone to enters. Everyone, without exception, believes the home is both larger and more expensive than it is. I can't describe the overwhelming sense of pride I feel, every time I open the front door.

Everyone here is friendly and pleasant.. Terry has been responsive, and has tried to help. However some issues are still unresolved. Eric told me to wait 10 months and everything would get taken care of then. Joe came over and looked at te things that needed addressed and gave me an appointment over a month away.

Our sales rep and superintendent were very responsive, easy to get ahold, kind and always went the extra mile for us. We did have an issue at the end of our closing that took a call to corporate to handle but our sales rep and super were there guiding us through the process every step of the way. They made this experience 100 x's better. Thank you both for everything.

Trust the process with KB

I don't like surprises neither good nor bad. And that's what you get from KB Home. Everything was delivered as promised and as chosen at purchase time. That's a good thing.

Our overall experience with KB homes was beyond our expectations! Julia at the Corona Terramor location made time to see us several times through our journey. She made us feel welcome every time we visited Terramor. Jerry was very informative when we did the final walk through of our new home. Joseph assured us that any questions or concerns we had would be promptly attended to, and they were! Eric, is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain how to set the timers in the garage. My only 4 star rating is with the KB finance department which delayed our closing date but nonetheless, we love our new home!!!! ... More

Happy camper!

Team were really supportive they fixed all the problems for us. They make whole process really smooth. Especially Thomas, Ron and his team mates were really helpful and they give satisfying Customer service.

Convince KB homes to lower the price when you want to upgrade from flat to eggshell it was $2300 so I opted to repaint it my self for less than $250 that would have saved me some time if they made that upgrade at a reasonable price .
