My New House was made a mess of by negligent contractors who sprayed my garage side of the house with cement on my dark brown paint. They covered my side garage door with cement which has all been reported at 30 days. Nothing has been done. So now KB is negligent for not getting it fixed. Tarps were not used and it is a mess.

The hardest part of the entire experience was taking the trip to the sales office at The Villages at Prairie Center. Believing that we could make the happen was the toughest part. Then we walked in and met with the sales team. The rest kind of happened, very quickly. Seems like yesterday we walked in and today we are enjoying the home. We did not have a single question go unanswered. Not knowing the process is the hardest part of having a home built. KB Home made us very comfortable and at ease about the entire process. They kept us on schedule with our duties and they simply did what they do. I was more stressed about the sale of our old home and did not have time or energy to stress about anything else. Believe me when I say there was no stress on the building side. They were quick to respond to our questions and quick to make any changes that we threw their way. I would build another home with them without hesitation. My wife, with the help of the representatives at the Design Center was able to create the home that we love. Thanks again for everything ... Joey, Nadine and Lionel were great. Joey, went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the house. My feedback is to improve communication between the day you finish picking the design of the house till the start date, nobody had a clue when the house was going to start building. For a good 2-3 month I was in the dark. But once building started, Joey sent updates every week. Also the brick does not look the same as the one one in the studio, at least the effect. You should also match the same incentive for families that buy multiple houses from you. My Uncle got about a $6000 credit while I only got $1800. ... More

1st KB home. Outstanding quality and have not had any major issues to date. Been in the house 2 months and very pleased with the builder.

Overall it was a great experience.

KB is no.1 in costermer satisfaction.They are a awsome group of people.

From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful. Everyone involved was there to answer our questions. Our contract coordinator Joey was always there to assist and follow up on any issues and followed up after completion. Would recommend KB Home to anyone looking for a new home.

The builders were rushed and did a poor job on details. They wouldn't allow me an additional day. I had to close on August 20th. If they had held off for another month, the issue I have wouldn't exist. The paint job is poor, the cracks in almost all corners in the Master bathroom weren't sealed. Cracked tile in the master bath and instead of replacing it the put grout on it. Wood around the island is not flush, it puckers in the corners. All these thing couldn't be seen unless looking very closely. I've had three different contractors from the time the building of my house to now. The last two have had to deal with all the issue that I've discovered. They're really good at helping with the repairs. I'm disappointed with the way my house was built. If I ever purchase another home I will be at the house everyday watching closely, unfortunately I wasn't in the same state. That was a downfall for me. Great home, will buy from KB again.

Every staff members, from construction to sales and loan services, were extremely friendly, courteous, and respectful. Their professionalism and knowledge were very helpful.

1. Credit from standard options that can be applied towards to upgrades - This is really not true. They do make it look its true on little things like the faucets that you can check outside but anything that goes in thousands and the exact model is not found in the stores they added at least a 50% premium mixing up with poor quality items. 2. Design studio's misleading sampling technique - sample items they showed in the design studio looks intentionally misleading. Flooring sample they have shown did not represent what they have actually installed. A small percentage of the difference can be acceptable but almost 50% of the planks installed were not the sample shown. 3. The house was delayed by more than a month - it can be understood if the the house is delayed by a month from the beginning of the construction. Sales reps told us the house will be ready in 2 weeks but it actually took 5 weeks. ... More

The house buying process was amazing. The communication between all parties made the process of buying our home a pleasure and an ease. Every question and concern was answered properly and dealt with easy.
