Review everything before taking posession

KB has been incredible to work with. I absolutely appreciate all the hard work my builder OZ put into my house. The communication was great throughout the process. I would recommend KB in the future.

First of all Juvenal our sales rep was awesome to work with. He is very punctual and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and responded immediately! Jesse and Scott from KB were very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about our new home. They explained everything clearl and followed up often to make sure our new home is everything is satisfactory. After move in, Sergio and Thor followed up with me for the 30 day follow up and made sure to help me in any way possible. For example, I paid to have the utility sink connections ready and they went ahead and hired a plumber to install my sink for me. As a Disabled Veteran I greatly appreciate the 3xtra mile they are continuing to go to make sure we are happy with our brand new home. The team we worked with was and continues to be amazing. Very responsive , courteous, and follow through team.

Not quality craftsmanship.

KB does build with some quality materials like the ZIP system and the flexible water piping. However, most builders include 9foot ceilings as standard and walk in showers as standard but KB does not. Walk through was not handled as well as it could have been and the home wasn’t ready to close despite numerous reminders of outstanding items but had no choice but to close on closing date.

KB offers affordable model homes, with decent workmanship. I did not give it 5 stars, because there was no transparency upfront about the additional costs involved in building the home like the lot premiums, or what was involved in the basic model. Their mortgage company was also difficult to contact and get a hold of.

Everyone was very professional during my home buying process

Exceptional first time home buying process. Staff was extremely helpful, communicative, personable and vested in us. Facilitated our family buying two homes on the same property. Property Manager James and Sales Rep Jeri went above and beyond in ensuring we were kept in the loop and never left to doubt the process.

I am very happy with the home! It’s beautiful and special thanks to the design studio for her help and guidance as well as our builder Steve, both went seemingly above and beyond to give us what we needed and make the home great!

Steve and Katrina were great. That’s did all the could to make things right. The builder are sloppy, missing paint, holes in door, A C went out 3 times. Door off hinges. I could go on and on. The sales team is awesome. Need hire better builder that cares.

First time buying a new build..... not sure what to expect....... ok experience overall

The buying exerience with KB has been exceptional and we know that will turn into the same thing with owning and living in our home. We'd recommend KB Homes to anyone!

What made this an amazing experience are the people that are employed by KB Home. Both the Sales Consultant and Project Manager went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the process was seamless. Their commitment to our happiness is something I will forever be grateful for. Buying a house as a first time home buyer is stressful but not with the professionals that this company has on their team!

Amazing customer service and superb value for my money!

KB Homes was very timely and professional. The quality of their products was very good and worth the price. Any questions I had were answered very quickly.

Excellent buying process every was so smooth.

We got to pick everything including the lot! For first time home buyer this was much easier than competing with other buyers on the market for existing homes instead of a opting for new construction.

Best customer service from the salesman to the contractor. Most impressive salesman and Contractor checks on you after a month
