Not the best quality materials overall. A few dings and marks already after only 1 month.

The process was simplified, easy to understand, knowledgeable staff, efficient , excellent follow up, and definitely recommended to all family and friends KB Home is the way to go in new builds. We have done our full research and we couldn’t have made a wiser decision to choose KB Home as our first home.

We got a great home. Our sales person Angie and Contruction Manager Brian where on top of everything. I would definitely recomend a KB Home. There were some minor problems that were fix right away. The best thing was getting our home ahead of time. Thanks Angie and Brian for a great home.

KB Home built a modern home which I can expect to last for a long time. I am glad that I purchased a home from them, as they have exceptional customer service as well.

We have been very happy with KB. Throughout the building process they were open to our questions and to our visits to the build site. Every member of the KB team with whom we came into contact was welcoming and happy to answer our questions. The house was finished on the day promised, and the problems we found were minor and taken care of quickly. They have continued to stay in contact with us to take care of our questions and concerns. We have found them easy to work with and eager to make sure we love our house!

Sales team was great. Finance team was ok. Service team was poor.

The people at kb homes are nice and professionals. The home buying process went smooth. They provide great customer service and quality workmanship.

Before signing on the closing day there were several issues that were done at last minute like the grading on the left hand side in between houses. By now KB home had worked on this matter several times and stilll not resolve. Also, the were a crack on the ceiling by the dining room area that three different people have tried to fix. The biggest issue is the Grading in between the house. I keep being told that has to do with the city. I know it doesn’t has to do anything with the city. The last crew that was here broke the cable for spectrum and taped it together and didn’t say anything about it. I really like to have the grading done right. ... More

The construction and buying process was fine. Mike and Janette were responsive and kept me updated regularly. When concerns or issues came up, both Mike and Janette were quick to resolve them, they are true professionals. The closing process was a joke. Amanda at the closing office made this part of the process more difficult than it needed to be. Lack of communication, unprofessional communication, lack of follow through and lack of partnering with the mortgage company were just a few of the issues. The crew that builds your home to include the supervisors on the job are fabulous to work with. The after build help is not responsive and frustrating.

The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had. The weekly calls were so nice to have every step of the way from building to closing. We’d definitely build with KB again in the future but hoping to not move again.

The garage is way to small and not smartly designed to maximize space

I LOVE my KB Home! This is the third home I've owned, but my first new construction. I was always a little wary of what that process would be like, afraid that home builders may not be worried about looking out for my needs. Working with KB Homes couldn't have been further from the that very wrong assumption. The entire process was so easy and the sales team consistently communicated with me, making my move into the home seamless. Once I moved in, the house has been amazing and the KB team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I've had.

The contract signing is too complicated.

The final product is decent but to get there you have to spend a lot of time walking the house and working with the superintendent to get things corrected. It takes multiple times requesting corrections before they happen. We walked the houses around us that were not being checked up on and the quality was pretty poor. As long as you can stay on top of the build, the final product is a good value for the money.

From start to finish all staff at KB were very friendly, knowledgeable, and will always answer any questions and concerns that homebuyers would naturally have. The quality of the home build got the highest praises from my agent and 3rd party inspectors I had come to the property. After moving in any damages, issues, will be addresses by KB promptly and professionally as well provided that the issues were not directly caused by occupants intentionally. Highly recommend people looking to consider KB homes!
