Good Home

As the saying goes, you get what you paid for. There are a lot of issues with the home and their employees seem to be let go pretty often. This has been frustrating as I was promised something only to find out someone was let go and I have to start the process all over again. Their worksmanship is horrible.

Every one was so helpful. Our first home buying experience was amazing. They answer all your questions and concerns even if you think is silly ask away cause you want to make sure everything go’s smooth. We are very pleased with everything and everyone. Thank you KB homes

We have been in our KB home for a little over 1 month. So far, we are very happy here.

The reason I gave 4 stat of value for the price paid, a better quality of clothes shelving should been used instead of just ordinary wire shelving. Also, the garage should have been painted completely with white color instead of unfinished.

Salesman: Started with Claudia ended with Jeff (great guy - I like Jeff) Loan Officer: Started with “forgot name” ended with Corey(I liked him) Project manager: Started with John, ended with Chris. (Not going to say anything bad but I don’t have anything good to say about either) Customer Service Rep: Started with Eric and now have Damon ( Damon is definitely helping with the issues) With all the switching, I felt like that was a red flag alone.... Honestly I haven’t been happy. This was my first purchased home and I’ve had quite a few issues. Yes, understand mistakes happen but does this company have a in house inspector or is it the “project managers” job to catch the workers mistakes... Just a few things I’ve dealt with in my “brand new home”..... Some of the bedroom doors don’t lock - need to tell Damon. Carpet issues - repaired! Fence detached - notified Damon Dented garage - replaced and painted. Damon is working on that. Back door isnt flush, can’t lock the top lock on the back door - need to tell Damon Overall: We love our home and the location, ready to get these issues resolved and I’ll happy. ... More

Poor design, sloppy workmanship and insufficient equipment. Entire experience has been a case of ‘over promise and under deliver.’

I was so pleased with the design options that were available. The Lincoln floor plan is a great one for an elderly person. My 84-year-old mother loves her new house! The workmanship was great; and we had an awesome superintendent. I would definitely recommend KB Homes!

We are completely satisfied with our new home that far surpassed our expectations. It was well worth the wait!

The whole buying experience was pleasant and all my questions were answered in a timely manner, my only complaint would be that the builders do not include irrigation hook ups for the back yard.

Our home purchase was completely smooth. We enjoyed the home designing experience and the walk through sessions of how our house is being built. The final walk thru and handover was a very pleasant experience with Nicole. She is the BEST!!
