Happy to be in my first home. Overall very happy with my purchasing and design studio experience, but definitely see many issues with the workmanship of the home—painting, tile work, etc. very sloppily thrown together. Sales and design team are great!

They had so many re-work to be done.. many mistake. some work are not done professionally... expensive with less choices

Was very happy with all aspects of buying our KN home

My fiancé and I had a great experience with Cedric and Steven. However we did not with kB finance they were very poor with attention to detail and horrible with communication. At the end of the day we went with a different lender and our experience with them was great.

The seller is very savvy and knowledgeable about the market areas and is willing to help you in every possible way so you can get you money’s worth.

Overall, very happy with home except for too many outside and garage stairs (6) for a ranch home. Also, porch handrails do not come sanded so plan on homeowners doing that themselves. Otherwise, good work and done quickly.

We had an excellent experience with KB Homes through every step of the process. Each individual working on our home, from sales and construction to financing and insurance went well above and beyond our expectations. We are more than satisfied and very happy with our new home.

There were some minor issues at the 30 day, which is expected. However, I rated 4 in those 2 areas because some of the issues should have been seen prior to move in plus it's been 3 weeks and there are still a few outstanding issues that have not been addressed.

KB homes and all their employees are the best to work with!

We have been so impressed with our KB Home, The staff was great to work with from start to finish and even 30 days after we moved in, they have been checking to make all “punch list” items making sure they are completed to our satisfaction. Throughout the entire process my family and I were treated more like family rather than clients. The process was easy and painless and we love our new home! We’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.
