after 2 months moving in still dealing with issues I reporting before closing and the date I did final walk. they had me sign and close with the promise of attending the issues, but still dealing with it on top of being disrespected in my own house by Filiberto and he keeps recommending people to do cement so he can get money and quality of work horrible! Any time welcome to my house to see the results

Choose your upgrades carefully, they can really raise the price of your new home! Make sure to get the wiring for fans, better value at the time of building than later! The granite in the kitchen is of a lower grade, and stains very easily, also was not sealed at the time of move in! Still stains even after being sealed! This might be a good upgrade at the time of purchase! Faucets in kitchen and bathrooms are lower grade, but those can be upgraded at a later date!

Rough around the edges.

AC designs have had to come out multiple times to repair AC unit. It's an inconvenience and still have to work with them. I wish the house was finished and tested everything before we moved in. We are still dealing with some issues with plumbing and missing fixtures.

I was very nervous going into buying my very first home and never imagined it would be a brand new construction home! All of the KB staff was very helpful and constantly checking in on me making sure everything was good even after I already moved in! Beautiful house but lack of detail

Our house is beautiful and we love it, however, there were a lot of issues with the small details of our home - very poor quality of work. The toilet paper holders would not hold a roll of toilet paper, the slider door had gouges and scrape marks, the garage door was extremely sounded like it was going to fall off the hinges. The list goes on and on. This is a brand new home and to have so many issues upon move in was quite disappointing. It sure was upsetting to have so many issues in a brand new home that we paid a lot of money for.

We were fortunate enough to drive in the community and enter the sales office. By the time we left we had put a contract in on a home that we wanted. KB Home had the floor plan that met our wants, a sales counselor that was very helpful throughout the entire building construction as well as a Construction Supervisor that also kept us informed on the progress. These two men are fantastic. The woman at the design center was so helpful so with these three people we are now enjoying the home we dreamed of. You can't go wrong with KB Home!

We bought a spec home so we did not get to pick the upgrades. The upgrades chosen by the design studio were very good choices. We would have only made a few alterations. Some of the workmanship on the drywalling and texturing was below average. We have been in only 1 1/2 months so we haven't dealt with response to warranty issues, yet. I'm not sure I'd use KB Home Loans. The process was easy but the loan has been sold twice and there has been a change in the fee structures.
