Do you homework before going to the design studio. It's really too much for one day. After you get about half way through the choices you are exhausted. You just want to get it over with and you make mistakes.

After living in a KB Home for 25 years we made the decision to move based on health issues. We wanted to build another new home. After looking at a number of other builders and communities we returned to KB because of value, quality, and location. KB builds solid, comfortable, affordable homes often for first time buyers. We expect to remain in this home for the rest of our lives. KB offers a wide range of upgrades and their design center is staffed to guide buyers through the many choices available. We were not thrilled with our realtor as the updates were always 2 weeks behind, we didn’t receive our mailbox keys once we closed and then I had to drive out of my way to get them to avoid my power being turned off, and we initially had to change lots from our original pick which put us a month behind. Our superintendent was awesome and really helped with our experience. He always addressed all of our issues and never seemed annoyed with questions or concerns. He kept us up to date throughout the process as well. Overall quality of home was good and I’m happy for the price, I was not thrilled with the tile in the bathroom shower and paint on doors; thankfully we didn’t upgrade our bathrooms and planned to do it in the future. ... Our KB representatives are welcoming and address our concerns. They made it clear that if there is anything that comes up relating to our home to contact them and they will take care of any issues.

We recently purchased and absolutely love our new KB Home. From inside to out the craftsmanship is beautiful. Every step of the purchase and build was easy and enjoyable and the staff were always so friendly and great to work with. Would highly recommend!

My experience was great from signing purchase agreement to closing!

I asked multitude of times throught the building process for a few key items to be fixed and promissed repeatedly that things would eventually be taken care of. NOTHING was corrected even after close.

Builder that knows what home buyer wants and works on those interest grounds to make things happen.

the quality and designs of new houses has been improved a lot, but there are still some rooms for KB home to further improve.

This is the second home we've purchased from KB Homes. The process has been greatly improved over the last several year, and it was already good enough that we had no qualms about going through it again.

Review everything before taking posession

KB has been incredible to work with. I absolutely appreciate all the hard work my builder OZ put into my house. The communication was great throughout the process. I would recommend KB in the future.

First of all Juvenal our sales rep was awesome to work with. He is very punctual and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and responded immediately! Jesse and Scott from KB were very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about our new home. They explained everything clearl and followed up often to make sure our new home is everything is satisfactory. After move in, Sergio and Thor followed up with me for the 30 day follow up and made sure to help me in any way possible. For example, I paid to have the utility sink connections ready and they went ahead and hired a plumber to install my sink for me. As a Disabled Veteran I greatly appreciate the 3xtra mile they are continuing to go to make sure we are happy with our brand new home. The team we worked with was and continues to be amazing.
