convenient mortgage application process. worked with my schedule precisely having house ready to move in as promised. so we had two closings at the same day for selling my old house and buying a new one at the same day!!! remarkable !!! no hassle, KB homes following up if any issues and fix them to your satisfaction. honored KB homes 5 stars.. worthy

When we moved in we had multiple electrical problems that were not found until wenhad an electrician install fans and GFI's in the garage for us. We also found problems with the plastering job when we were painting the interior of the house. We found paint/plaster on the underside of multiple doorknobs. The construction manager was quick to respond to the issues but still.

The sales staff was knowledgeable, prompt follow up, listened to my "want list" , explained the process and easy to get a hold of. KB upgrades were fairly priced, good selection. The home buying process is organized and they keep you well informed on a routine basis. Lending was able to work with me on options to finalize my purchase. Everyone from start to finish was accommodating to my busy schedule.

Underwriting ruined the whole experience because VANESSA never knew what she was doing and constantly requested duplicates or conflicting information.

Generally speaking, all the personnel are very kind and helpful. The only thing made me somewhat upset is your loan company was not very efficient, Jose is nice but the whole process is not a pleasant experience.

The entire process was fast and smooth.

I cannot say enough about KB! My house was well built. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very courteous. It has been a great experience dealing with them. I love my new home!

We have minor things to take of but Craig was quickly to respond. The complimentary drinking water filtration that craig told us that we getting their people not getting in with us to install it I even follow on it still no respond so if you can follow up on it that would be great .thank you

We love our new KB Home. However we were a bit disappointed that the top layer of cement in the garage, porch, and back porch had to be resurfaced. The construction supervisor was able to coordinate it and it went according as planned, but it was stressful for us as we had a full garage that had to be loaded onto a U-Haul truck, parked overnight, then unloaded in the AM. Super inconvenient after having moved two weeks prior. It was due to rain supposedly, but my question was why did this foundation/cement not get inspected prior to moving to the next phase of building? Nobody saw or caught it until we moved in and I noticed our garage cement was full of chips. Would have liked to be reimbursed for the $110 U-haul rental, but didn't get much traction on that wish with KB. As mentioned we are happy with the home and happy that KB fixed the problem. ... More

KB Home priced their home fairly and their staff guided the entire home buying process smoothly. Their home warranty is exceptional and provides a quick resolution on all the issues. KB Home is the name which you can trust in buying new homes.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The entire staff from the construction team to the sales team are professional and friendly. There are some issues with its corporate management. They are non-responsive. Happy with the home but not happy with how certain concerns are handled or should I say ignored.
