I bought the new house from KB and i was very happy working with KB and the new house is excellent we love my new house

KB has designed and built one of the most amazing houses in our city. Everyone who has seen it is mesmerized by the design, how the windows maximize light, the effective use of space, and quality of the construction. Plus the KB team has been responsive, informative and willing to go the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. This is a winning combination!

I love kb home builder who builds budget homes with quality materials. I will also recommend them to my friends as they are very responsive to our concerns and resolves it in a timely manner.

Bad intentional people was saying this and that about KB homes and that's probably why I never purchased from them before. I have purchased from Pulte Homes, Adams Homes, Smith Family Homes and recently from Lennar Homes in the past but nothing like KB Home. I was wrong by judging them based on bad feedbacks but it turned out to be BY FAR the best experience ever. From beginning to end, the staff, the loan processors, the superintendent and the company in its entirety made this purchasing process completely Painless and rather Enjoyable.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful through the entire process.

The overall experience was good, all parties involved.

The UX was awesome meet some very nice people during the process. It all started with the Sales Counselors. The loan personnel is up to bat next and they are top notch. My experience with the showroom was unforgettable. The construction Superintendent help walk me through the building process. And lat but not least the loan office on the day I closed.. great all around experience. Thanks KBHe Team.

It would be nice to have a club house.

im enjoying the new home, hope it will with stand the test of time. during the build i feel like i had to be the one to catch issue that come up along the way. two key points being that an extra window was installed that my wife noticed,and we got that fixed at framing but, the other issue i noticed was after the stucco was done. a second window was 3 feet off 3 feet come on. the super on the job at the time gave me the option to leave it or move it. well we had to move or it would have taking away from the great room. after the window was moved the inside drywall patch came out fine but, the out side stucco patch was horrible didn't match the rest of the house and was bulge out. from what i have heard that this was the second tome that it was redone and it need to be redone again. the third time to over look the patch now on the final walk though and with the sale of my other house going through i feel that i had no choice but except how it looked. i will say that it looked better that the second pass but, the bulge is still there. visit your new build weekly take notes and measurements and come pair them to your lay out. ... I am extremely pleased with my new home purchase with KB. Everyone along the way was helpful and informative. I truly felt like a priority and my questions were always answered no matter how trivial they might have been at times. KB Homes was the perfect choice for me and my family.

My seller was awesome and attentive. Great to work with Amanda Hall. Not sure what his title is but Steve did my final walkthrough and was nice and respectful. However, I felt rushed to sign off. I signed off as complete even though there were several items that still needed some minor attention. He said the guys were coming that day so it was fine to go ahead and sign. When I moved in there was still blue tape in lots of spots. Looked like nothing I asked for was done. Also, the keys given to me on move in day didn’t work so it was disappointing to think I was walking into my new home but couldn’t. I will say Steve fixed the problem within the hour of calling. ...
