In all honesty, this is the best customer service I have had in any purchase of a home since 1990. The entire team was very approachable and always responded to my questions, concerns the same day or next day at the latest. Amazing experience all around and I would highly recommend KB Homes.

From the beginning to the end, KB Home has been a great experience from sales, to design, to building, to financing, to customer service. Everyone is committed to putting in 110%. I am happy we chose KB Home because I feel we chose a great community and we are very happy with our design options and house itself from our lot to the exterior and layout of the house. For my first time purchasing a home it couldn’t have been a better process, especially out of state. Everyone at KB Homes was attentive and answered any questions I had. The builders were phenomenal and everyone involved.

My experience was above and beyond my expectations! It was as if I was working with trusted lifetime friends. They listened, acted timely, answered questions with knowledge and professionalism and I felt they truly cared! From working with Andria in the sales office to working with Susan and Isabel in lending and escrow, to the building side with Matt and Rudy I was taken care of. I hope KB Homes knows the stellar team they have!!

Satisfied first time homeowner of Kb, our new home is built with high standards. Representatives were Respectful and w/ professionalism including their contractors who visited to make sure everything is done with requested repairs. Quick to schedule our minor repairs. Hopefully will be consistent and no issues in the future. Thank you to their employees who worked hard to close our home on time.

Had a great experience from start to finish as a first time home buyer. Could not be any happier with not only the quality of my home but the helpfulness of each KB employee that helped me.

We were very lucky to receive heavy incentives at Salerno community in Round Rock East in Classic collection. We built a 2-story and extremely happy with the workmanship, studio options, lending experience and closing as well. Currently in warranty period and are happy with the customer support rep. KB Home has immensely improved since last 6 years. Definitely a top builder.

Everyone has been awesome. I'm short on time or id write much more. But highly recommend

The house is in good price and very spacious. There are small details of painting to be fix.

Very Nice House for good price

I have a long thread of email responses back and forth with the construcmanager, not superintendents, in which I continually pointed out incorrect building of my home. Several issues were sloughed off only to be issues to delay closings. Items pointed out by my private insepcthave yet to be resolved and were pointed out 3 months ago, beforethe first scheduled cloing which the builder missed. The KB lender tried to swindle me out of $17k categorized as points when I received quotes from 2 other lender for zero points and lower interest rates quoted by the KB loan officer. The journey with KB has been a disappointing struggle which started one year ago and still continues to get post walk through items and pre-walk through items resolved to my satisfaction. I would love to have someone in corporate to contact me to discuss my experience and allow me to share my documentation along the way. ... More

Everyone was friendly and they built my home exactly how I wanted it!

I would say the highlight of my home buying experience was dealing with your staff of professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. They helped me immensely in special ordering the home the way I wanted. I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile for me in having my home built the way I wanted. They also followed up after I moved in to make sure I was happy with my new home. I would highly recommend the staff I dealt with. They’re great! Job well done!

Hire a third party inspector. AC unit behind master bedroom, is noisy (classic 1675).Toilet water level is very low. Openings in parts of the fence, pets can get out of the yard. Light switches throughout the home are at different levels.

Everything was excellent, I would have liked more amenities in the private room but in general everything was excellent.

KB has beautiful floor plans, I’m really happy with our purchase. Ruth

Kb home team are the best team ever if you are looking to buy a new home. Sales team is Excellent with customer oriented and reliable service. Quality workmanship by the construction crew with professional advice and good support in addressing problems and issues. Best Builder in Town.
