Poor experience

Do not rush. Give them plenty of time.

Was happy and satisfied with the entire experience.

Warren, John, and Tommy all have exceeded my expectations and look forward to continue to have relationships with these people way after the purchase of our home.

KB Homes would immediately remedy any newly discovered home's workmanship material (building) deficiencies or shortcomings. Their customer service representative is very courteous and is willing to help install more ceiling bulbs on vacant light fixtures as a complimentary task for the new homeowner. He is also fast in providing a quick remedy on the spot like for example, when I found out that my living room's Cor Thermostat was defective, he immediately replaced the defective thermostat after performing a remedial action, and I was able to reconnect and take control of it thru my internet/Wi-Fi system. Smooth and open process. Quick and on time closing. Well built home.

Our experience from the moment we walked into the sales center, to retrieving our keys to our new home, was excellent - the home-building process can be extremely stressful, and the team at KB made our experience a wonderful one. They are laser-focused on making sure our home build went smoothly, and were very proactive in communication every step of the way. It is hard to beat the customer service and quality of our home - these guys are truly customer obsessed.

At first it was not a good experience with the home not being ready when originally advised, however once we moved it and we found we have issues/small imperfections in the home, the Superintended Brian was always available and came to the house to checkout what we needed. He also contacted all parties and made appointments to come fix the small issues. This made the process a bit less stressful as I have been told once you move in, the builder will Forget about you.

Buying the home with Karen and Pamela was easy and pleasant. There have been several workmanship issues that now, almost 3 months in, haven’t all been taken care of. Everyone is SUPER nice, but it’s inconvenient to have to take off of work to get things fixed or to wait so long on solutions.

Love our new home. No real issues, although we do still have two outstanding items for the construction team to resolve. New cabinet doors for the master bath are on order so I'm sure that's the hold up. However, we've been waiting quite a while to have mortar scrapped from our walkway to the front door, etc. Not sure what the hold up is there but it certainly does detract from the appearance of the outside of our home.

We bought house more than month ago & master bathroom sink is leaking already & have water puddles underneath. Due to that issue, the cabinet got damaged too. I think KB home use very cheap materials to build home. How can we trust KB home, since we already have major leak issue after one month. Very disappointed & price we paid is way more because the materials used are very cheap.

We had a great experience with KB Homes. From the moment we signed the initial contract to the time that we moved into our home, everyone was so helpful, nice and informative. We would definitely recommend KB Homes to our family and friends!

Home seems well build.. we have an outlet that should be half hot that is not, so we have a wall switch that does nothing. We never got a 60 day walk thru we were told we would get..

Everything was great.. quality great.. no problem whatsoever..

Just moved into my new home about 2 months ago. I figured I would be spending the next 6 months "finishing" the house (I.e, fixing al the little things missed) but the KB client care team has been calling, stopping by, and doing everything to make sure the house is to my satisfaction. Very positive experience.

The construction team did a great job getting everything fixed and completed for us as promised.

Disappointed in the quality of the interior paint. Paint splatter is on almost all 1/4 round and floors. Painters did not caulk under any door frames.

What I like most about the team is how responsive they were to my needs and questions. I had direct numbers for each member of my team and each person regularly checked to make sure I was satisfied.

What’s committed at the time of closing is not yet done . I am still waiting for that . And also no body contacted me for 1 month inspection.

Sales staff is excellent and the whole sale and closing process was very efficient and professional.

Adrian, Lionel and David are a great team. Make the process easy and great follow up. They go above and beyond to be helpful!!

I like everything I have in my new home

Quality of construction best we came across. We looked at many homes ant this was the best. They have promptly fixed all our issues.
