There’s a lot to be worried about when you’re a new home buyer but I felt at ease here. It’s a one stop shop.

Great craftsmanship. The proofs in the details. Corner walls calked through out. Modern and efficient building materials like exterior insulated walls and radiant barrier throughout the home.

Just keep a list of minor/ major things needing repairs/ adjustments and it will get done !

KB has great customer service and makes sure your experience is amazing.

The staff throughout the buying process were pleasant, friendly and responsive.

Have had multiple customer service requests to be fixed after closing, however KB seems to be very responsive to those requests to get them resolved. Windows replaced. Still waiting call from company for Microwave to be replaced, stove clips to be installed (Customer service turned it over to appliance company as of 2 days ago), cabinet door replacement and a few door/drawer fixes scheduled Dec 31.

I have not been given the walk thru of the house. How everything works.

Purchased new town house from KB 2 month ago, from purchase to warranty fix service, KB home provided great service and house!

Where to start... contractor team doesn’t listen to concerns, cheap material used, landscaping is terrible. Started out great then the lack of communication got worse rushed everything after my concerns started to show. Have a ton of items still to get fixed under warranty.

Purchase experience was great! Liz answered all my question and explained everything in simple terms. I didn’t pick the design options of the house but I was in love with the upgrades the house came with. Again, Liz has been very helpful even after my purchase. She has been responsive to all my questions in a timely manner and has made my first home buying experience amazing!

Brandon, Lionel, and Nathan were awesome at accommodating to my schedule and helping move the process along quickly!

The KB Home staff was awesome. Each step of the buying process was explained. We also received updates on the building progress of the home.

The process was great and I am very happy living in the house.
