Tony the Sale Manager was helping with clarity on the details. Construction Manager Lorenzo is very nice and helpful in getting the issues resolved ahead.

I had a tight timeline to get everything together and KB really came through. After being in the home for a few weeks, so far I absolutely love it! I had one issue that needed to be addressed and KB came out to fix it right away. I’m very happy with my purchase!

KB has been great in helping us with our home buying experience. They even came back after closing for a check up and are fixing up a couple scuff marks, holes, and even found a leak that was replaced same day!

As to be expected. There were some things that needed to be worked on after our closing date. Brayden and Ash were prompt and active in getting all of those things corrected. They checked in (without us having to call them) often even after closing to ensure our living arrangements were up to par, and to that the KB standard that they sold us were being met!

The process went smooth and the construction was completed in the estimated timeframe that was provided. Team gave frequent updates and was very accommodating to our needs. We look forward to another successful sale with KB.

As first time homebuyers, KB made the process really seamless. If any questions arose whether it be with construction or loans, we had great responses to make sure we understood what was happening and the reasoning. We also really loved all the choices available in the design studio, a way to make our home feel custom to what we wanted as opposed to a “cookie cutter” feel.
