Fast good service and great job

KB Home made made my homebuying experience a breeze. Never thought I would get such an excellent customer service as much as I did with KB. They answered all my questions and simplified the entire process throughout the way. I would recommend KB Home To anybody who is trying to purchase a home, whether you are a first time buyer or experienced, you cannot go wrong with KB Home.

The whole buying process was fast and easy

When purchasing i was real soecific on what i wanted and expected and from design center to end still have not resolved any issues or concerns i have asked from begining i get they are real buzy but i am the customer and didnt complain at all during anythin jus expected what i asked and paid for

Overall a very nice house, but some subcontractors need more oversight. For example, I have five rooms wired for ceiling fans and every room is wired differently, so have to remember what switch does what. Some windows don't close far enough for the window lock to fully engage. Windows are low-E but provide almost no sound insulation.

KB Home staff support us all the way of our Home acquisition. The Loan department oriented us to get the credit pre-approval that was the beginning of this dream, then the sells and design staff help us to find the best options that fits our budget, and the superintend was so kind when we had any question regarding the construction process. And now we are enjoying our beautiful home.

The staff was very helpful friendly and professional.

Overall my experience was great. There was a few hiccups along the way, but the sale and loan processing team went out of their way to make you feeling at ease.

Chad, the gentleman in charge of helping us with our warranty covered maintenance requests has been great. Him and his team have been incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. They are appreciated!

Good quality home with great place!

The overall team's dedication and genuine care to help the customer was very impressive. Although there were some hiccups along the road, the overall experience is nothing short of a customer service-oriented company. The only negative I would mention is the materials used to build the house do not feel/appear premium, in addition "price paid" for some of the house upgrade options were very high for what you got. I felt many of the things should have been standard offerings but I was charged a high price tag, unfortunately. If you're looking to get a lot of upgrades I strongly recommend trying to do it yourself instead of paying the premium price tag through KB Home. ... More

Everything was great love my new home

The experience working with KB has been incredible. The process throughout the home purchase was absolutely stress free. The staff at KB have been great, Thank you so much for making this experience a smooth process.

My entire experience has been amazing. From the buying process I partnered with several folks that guided me to close, and after close I still have a support team I can count on. I also never thought I’d love a home as much as I do. My house is perfect!!! I can’t recommend KB homes enough. If I ever buy again, I will specifically be looking for one of their builds.
