Not a great experience as a FTHB. Salesman just wanted to make a sale and at times was not prompt in answering my questions or concerns. The project manager was worse. Unprofessional and unwilling to work with me until it was nearing closing time. Pushed back closing more than five times and I was very patient about it but the project manager wanted to blame me. Thankfully my loan officer understood how this particular KB PM worked and helped me out so I did not have to pay for a rate lock extension. Would look elsewhere if you're a FTHB. applying for the loan through kb home experience was not running as smoothly as it should be extremely lengthy and repeated requests for the same document over and over and the knowledge of the early preparer for the loan was not quite professional or organised and sounds like he is already overwhelmed with what he already have .

Jon and Devin were great! They both were very informative and made me and my family feel really comfortable and confident with the home. They were the best!

The overall experience purchasing the home was great. Anthony are super and Michelle are sales Rep were amazing. The problem I have is with the length of time it takes to have the warranty rep get our 10 day warranty. It has now been two months and all the problems have not been taken care of.

We had a couple water leak issues but the KB warranty staff and contractors were all very responsive in resolving the issues. Would recommend each new home has a 'deep cleaning' prior to new owner arrival as our home was dusty and floors not clean. Overall, i would have KB build another home for us. Sales staff and contractor were both very good!

Work manager assigned to my building was not a great guy so they changed him to make my experience better.

It was a stressful but amazing experience with the help of all the people that guide us along the way; sales agent, loan officer, escrow staff, construction people. They made our experience fun and memorable.

KB Homes uses good materials and the quality is worth the price you pay for your home. The KB Homes team made the home buying process as smooth as possible. They were quick to reply back to text messages, emails and easy to talk to over the phone.

Had I known that KB Homes does not stand by the products in their homes I would never have bought a home. I will never give a positive referral to friends and relatives, as a matter of fact I have told everyone that they should never buy a KB home. I will be going online and making a scathing post about how horrid this company is.
