Its not so bad experience with KB. The sales, mortgage teams could be better with communication and providing more options on home loans. The design center experience is good. Most of the options we choose are basic and which can be included with the home by default thereby adding more value to the purchase

We were very pleased that our home was completed on time and for the excellent communication and responsiveness from Kimara in the sales office and Jesse in building management. These two individuals made for a great experience in our home building process. Thanks you Kimara and Jesse!

Pretty mediocre build. Whoever you guys use for sub contractors need to be sat down and reviewed. Light switches, crooked. Toilet seats, over screwed to the point the rubber screw was stripped. Towel bars, drilled directly into the drywall. Speaker outlets on the ceiling, sprayed with wall texture. Double check areas that are low traffic to make sure it has a full coat of paint, and make sure they actually spray dry wall under places you wouldn’t think to look at first glance. Make sure your roof is sealed properly or you can get roof Rats in new developments pretty easy.

It was a great experience overall

Wisam was a joy to work with, very personable and friendly. I felt like I had just found a new friend. She was always available for me to answer any questions and always kept me informed on the progress of my home.

Loan officer went through all the procedures with us. As soon as they need additional documentation from us, we provided it immediately. Builder contractor followed up with us making sure they took care of any discrepancies.

Wonderful experience. KB has taken care of most of the issues that we have.

Lending process was horribly non-transparent. House is beautiful but had to get several things redone and then redone again. Feels like I keep finding things. Many times acted like it wasn’t their fault for things that obviously were their fault. James and Deborah (real estate agents) and Chad (maintenance/go to guy for all fixes) are cool!

Too many issues to list, workmanship is subpar, KB says they will send back contractors to make repairs and nothing gets followed up on. Disappointed, just bought the home and considering trying to sell it.

We had an amazing experience from the start to end. We are one satisfied customers, and I highly recommend KB homes.

The overall experience was good.

I am a first time buyer. My loan officer loan officer Sandra Elliot stayed on top things and helped me through this. I was able to write my favorite Psalms on the wood during construction, I took lots of before pictures and I received lot of support through the process. There were some questionable moments but thankfully I was able to close.

Quality of the homes isn’t the best and checks are not properly completed prior to submitting the homes to the buyers. When issues arise, you won’t get a response. Emergency hotline is terrible as well.

Vicky from sales was great. She is very knowledgeable and helpful from the very first day we met with her. Vicky really helps get the things that we needed done get completed. We would highly recommend the KB experience!!

Amber, made it easy and smooth when we check and decide that we want the house. Easy to talk to. Tyler, was an amazing person he’s always responded if we have questions and or problems with our house. The quality of our new home is not that great, our expectations are high for a brand new house, the paints are uneven, the doors were broken also the restrooms need a retouch and lastly the 2nd floor making noise when you’re heading to the master room.

Superintendent, Ian, no question the very BEST in class. Home studio consultant, Dixie - FANTASTIC. Home sales reps: Marshall and Jan B, top notch as well. Stay on top of the KB Loan team amd question everything they do and keep all your correspondence with them...watch out for duplicate requests

We have been in our house for about 3 months and have learned the speed with which they build translates into countless misses. And if you don't get them fixed before you close, good luck getting traction afterward. In 3 short months, we already have failing caulk (they don't fix caulk) an upgraded railing that has a large gap underneath (they won't fix it) and has had to be refinished once and still doesn't look good, subfloor glue all throughout my basement floor that they never removed, crooked drawers in the kitchen, numerous paint mismatches from the numerous "touch ups"that have occurred, and many more. This our second home and our first was with KB Homes. We loved the experience and care we received that we had to buy our second home with KB. They rally treat you like family.

House was 3months late and was dirty didn't clean alot of issues with house paint broken window garage is a mess leaking breaker pooping just bad work all around I was promised to fix garage never fixed it saying they can't.....

The sales team including Ryan was very helpful in giving us truthful information about the community, home, and KB in general. Brooke helped us zero in on our loan and Jorge was the go-to for construction.
