House came out great every body involved was great , only thing that could have been better is that the walls between the house’s should Have been painted.

We absolutely love our new home! Our entire team from sales to finance to design and build was amazing! My husband is a framer and he was really impressed with the quality of the build. Special shout out to Cesar, Mireya, Sarah, and Scott!

We love our new home. The team has been prompt to take care of some small issues.

It was a hectic process to get your home closed. Few false promises made during the process. Workmanship is not at best and at the same time it is not worth for the money you pay.

This is my 2nd time buying KB home and have no regrets. Got a home that perfectly matches my requirements. Overall, I am happy with the end result. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the team. From sales, lending and construction I have received all necesssary support, attention and communication. One area of improvement would be attention to detail on outside vendors work. There were some corrections needed after I moved in and KB home team very diligently worked with these vendors to resolve issues. I understand that it's normal to encounter some issues after moving in, but paying closer attention to vendors' work during the early stages could greatly enhance the overall experience for homebuyers. KB loan rates are very high. Great customer service from buying and after moving in.

KB Homes keep well connected with its clients. Their sales team kept me updated about the progress almost every week. Their Design team is very knowledgeable, helpful. They built the house weeks prior to the expected timeframe. One thing I like to suggest-- improve interior painting workmanship. Too thin coated paint makes it very flimsy and leave mark on the wall in case hit by even any soft bag. KB was very helpful and supportive throughout the home buying process.

Buying a home will be stressful no matter how you do it ( unless you just have the cash laying around I suppose). BUT. the Loan Team and The Building Team ( as they are who we work with the most throughout this process) have been Godsends. I could not be more grateful for the patience and customer service they have shown and provided. My family and I have felt nothing but blessed since moving into this house and we are so thankful and impressed.

Very Smooth and Step by step process.

The moving in process and getting settled with KB! The building manager (Roger) was so helpful and kind when it came to our walk through and understanding my new home. Everything was handled with care and I felt that KB looked out for keeping my new home looking great.

Everything was fantastic. I am satisfied.
