It sounds like you're experiencing issues with low-quality materials and inadequate plumbing in your new home. The small pipes leading to low water pressure can be a significant inconvenience. the sales team is being helpful and help in the buys process which I greatly appreciated.

Great work at a great price love our house

Hard to rank value. There are many things we love about the home but they all came at a price. Construction seems to be solid. Appliances were not installed well. Some big issues going on now with infrastructure in the neighborhood which is unnerving. We will see how it all works out.

We are so happy to have our dream home with KB home..We went through the process smoothly and got assistance as we needed. We just love our house more and more.

Customer service is amazing and quick to respond to my questions and requests. Julie in Sales, Alex the construction manager, and George in Customer Service are all top notch. If you’re lucky enough to get with these KB reps when you buy your home, you will be in good hands!

Smooth buying experience and process overall

My home buying experience was great and seamless. I didn’t have any issues during the process, which was great. Everyone was incredibly helpful during the process and I greatly appreciate everyone’s assistance along the way. Sandra (mortgage originator), John (home sales agent), and Isabel (loan underwriter) are awesome employees and pivotal people during my home buying experience. This is my first time purchasing a home, new construction and I’m glad I purchased with KB Home.. My only complaint at this time has been the lack of understanding and empathy by the Warranty person in my area. I officially moved into my home about 3 weeks ago. Primarily, I work from home so, I need internet. I contacted Comcast to install cable and internet prior to moving in. A Comcast Technician came by and said the conduit is jammed and a cable line needs to be dropped. I thought the work was completed after a ticket was submitted; however, another technician came out and said the same thing. At this point, I’ve had 0 service for 2 weeks and I’m completing work duties using the mobile hotspot feature on my work phone. Of course, that’s extremely frustrating and upsetting. Anyways, I had been calling Comcast several times, inquiring about the status. Subsequently, I reached out to the Warranty guy and asked him about the issue and wondered who is responsible for what’s transpiring here? Because I don’t have service. He said Comcast and the conduit isn’t jammed. He can’t send any of his guys there because other homeowners had the same issue in my neighborhood but whenever he sent his guys, they never identified an issue. He told me the technicians need different tools. So, I asked him I’m supposed to continue going back and forth with Comcast just to get some service and resolve this issue I’m having? He said yes, it’s not their problem and he’s sorry. At that point, I was furious and told him directly that this is ridiculous, no one cares, and thanks! No response from him. Where was the empathy or compassion? Imagine still having no service for 3-4 weeks now and you’re a federal government employee, working on your employer’s work phone mobile hot spot. Who wouldn’t be upset? And to even assume without verifying is absurd. Basing prior experiences to what I’m experiencing is very foolish. Although Comcast is set to install next week, the Warranty guy has left a bad taste in my mouth. The selling agent and the construction supervisor were great. That being said, they are no longer at Birchwood Grove. Turnover is not a good thing to have when dealing with a new home.

From the time my husband and I walked through the door to inquire about the possibility of building our home, to the day we closed, everyone involved was not only knowledgeable and professional, but went above and beyond to make the our experience a pleasant one. We especially want to thank Richard. He made sure that the builders did a tremendous job!

In my life time i have owned 5 homes and this was the first time iv enjoyed the process of the home buying. It was clear and to the point. Always had someone helping along the way. Keep helping people achieve their dream home.

I recently moved into my new home built by KB Homes, and I could not be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail and beautiful design exceeded my expectations. From the layout to the finishes, every aspect of the house is thoughtfully executed, creating a comfortable and stylish living space. The entire process, from construction to move-in, was smooth and professional. I highly recommend KB Homes to anyone looking for a well-built and beautiful home.

Stephen our agent was always attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had. The one thing that still has not been resolved is that our electric meter reads "Error 4". Which possibly may be a battery back up issue. We don't know how to get Cailf. Edison Co. to look at it. There is nothing on their website that we can request help for this issue.This is very frustrating. Even Scott doesn't know what to do. Can someone please resolve this for us. Thank you.

My experience with KBHomes turned horrific right after giving my deposit. Our home was to be ready in about 8 months but 2 weeks after my deposit we only had 2 weeks to make decisions on upgrades which in my case turned out to be $45k which i also had to make another deposit on top of the earnest money. which turned out to be over $53k from there it became a nightmare i was at their mercy i could not cancel they had me . They don’t care about the quality of their work , they rush and it’s all about the mighty dollar. Their designs sucks my bathroom door on the first floor hits the toilet seat incredibly you would think this guys would avoid that but they just don’t give a crap. Their stupid studio they call does not have what they display we had to choose a different tile color and size, i had no choice i didn’t want a sink with cabinet on first bathroom i wanted a pedestal like i have at my home and these idiots force me to get it which cost me more money. walk thru we had to do 3 so they can get it right paint all over my tile, scuffed marks on the walls i finish with this . STAY AWAY from this guys they will take your money they are Thieves in Wolves clothing , they suck i am so MAD at these jerks I want to get rid of the house so bad . Sincerely Hector F ... More

Purchasing a new home in itself is hectic experience however KB Homes made it simple and worry free. The minor issues that arose were handled in a timelt manner and completely to our satisfaction. Kudos to Jordan and Mike, our construction managers, for coming through for us in an exceptional manner.

Small gated community in a quiet area of Henderson. Still being constructed. Many nearby attractions and shopping. Well constructed home and builders resolve any issues quickly. Sales staff and construction team are always concerned with your satisfaction.

The process in buying the house was fairly good. Once the sale closed the communication about issues with the house decreased. I feel like issues with the house are not being addressed. I have had reach out at least 3 time for specific issues and have gotten nothing accomplished.

Paul and Juan helped the purchasing and building purchase a great and smooth transition for. Juliet was a rockstar

We faced so many issues with builder in the overall process. KB lending experience was bad. KB construction team was okay after purchasing the house. Sales department wasn’t so great

Everyone was so helpful and supportive. If I had any questions there was always someone happy to help every step of the way.
