I am a FHB and was shown great attention when trying to find what home could work for me. The Sales reps had great knowledge of each home giving me every ounce of information I needed to make my decision.

My wife and I recently completed the process of buying a new construction home from KB Home, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From our first visit to the model home to the day we received our keys, the entire journey was well-managed and transparent. The Sales & Design Process What initially drew us to KB Home was their focus on customization. We had heard horror stories from friends who felt locked into a pre-selected plan with other builders, but KB Home's Design Studio was a game-changer. Our sales consultant Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping us select a floor plan that perfectly fit our needs. The design studio experience itself was a highlight. We were able to personalize everything from the flooring and countertops to the cabinet hardware and light fixtures. While we were careful with our budget, the staff guided us toward smart, impactful upgrades without any pressure. We really appreciated having so many options to make the home feel uniquely ours. The Build and Communication Once construction began, communication was excellent. Our project manager, Jodie, was a true professional. They provided us with regular updates, often including photos, which was especially helpful since we couldn't visit the site every day. Any minor questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and we felt like we were a genuine part of the process. The build itself went smoothly, and the team was proactive in addressing any potential issues. We were impressed with their attention to detail during the walkthroughs, where they pointed out things we might have otherwise missed. The quality of the finished home exceeded our expectations, with everything from the paint to the appliances installed with care. Post-Closing and Warranty Moving into a new home can be daunting, but the post-closing support from KB Home's customer service team was fantastic. We had a few minor warranty items come up in the first month, which is completely normal for a new house as it settles. When we submitted our claims, the warranty staff was responsive and efficient, scheduling tradespeople to come out and make the repairs in a timely manner. They really stand behind their work. Final Thoughts Overall, our experience with KB Home was exceptionally positive. The combination of a highly customizable design process, professional and transparent communication, and solid post-sale support made us feel confident and happy with our purchase. Everything was very well done as of closing. KB then discovered that a leak had been created in a pipe when a subcontractor installed insulation in a wall. KB very quickly addressed the problem, dried the affected area, and replaced some molding, drywall and a bit of carpeting. After a through clean up, KB even compensated us for the time and bother by installing an additional option. I believe how a company and its staff respond to a problem is usually the most important measure of its quality and commitment to its customers.

Recommend KB to everyone specially first time buyers. Extremely smooth purchase. Easier than buying a car. Definitely will be building another home with KB

KB’s support of your transition into your new home did not end with the giving of your new home keys. Excellent support continues after moving in and continues to date. KB change are excellent professionals from building to moving.

In purchasing my home I found the staff at KB homes knowledgeable, patient and kind. Specifically Jason, Scott & Will. They patiently answered my questions, helped me with decisions and went above and beyond to make my home buying experience less stressful. There are others that were helpful but these three men, stand out among the rest for helping me make my home vision come true.

Dawn was the pinnacle of professionalism and checked in proactively each week. The home is beautiful, small issues were fixed before the final walkthrough and I am pleased so far with the performance of this home.
