Kyle was fantastic and saved the whole experience for us. He sent us photos to update us on progress while they were building, had us come by and walk the property at certain stages and explain what is happening. Very friendly, responds by phone, email, and text and helped us resolve a mistake that was made by an outside vendor that we used to for some options. He went back and had it corrected in a couple of days at not cost to us. Walked us through the whole process and brought Greg(Warranty Manager) over to meet us so he could help with post close questions. Greg was also amazing, handling all issues that came up after moving in. We had a couple of issues after we moved in that we not his or Kyle's or KB's fault at all. As a first time home owner I found the full service that I received from the sales Rep to the finance team as well as the building inspector to getting my keys was very efficient and they were mostly on time with the schedule, The workmanship was to the standard and I am satisfied with the follow ups and opportunity to get anything looked at is quickly remedied. Buying my home at Villas at The Preserve was a very positive experience. The sales team walked me through everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the process less stressful, especially as a first-time buyer in Antelope. The construction team delivered a home with solid workmanship and clean finishes. Anytime I had a question or noticed something that needed attention, they responded quickly and took care of it without hassle. I feel the home is priced fairly for the area, and the energy-efficient features have already helped lower my monthly bills. It was a great first time home buying experience for my wife and I. The KB office in our neighborhood was open and available whenever we had questions. Once we began the building process, we were sent updates every step along the way. They answered our many questions when they arose very quickly. They explained the construction process I great detail to put our worries at ease. Overall, we highly recommend KB homes in terms of quality and affordability.

I had a great experience with Doug — he was very responsive, easy to reach, and addressed all my concerns promptly. However, I’m not satisfied with the KB Home mortgage representative . She never called to discuss the available options, and due to the lack of clarity, I ended up paying an additional $10k without understanding why.

We are so happy with our home that we want to spend time in it. Between work and life we find ourselves away. The weekends have meaning now that we can be home. The sales staff, the builders, and the folks checking to address any issues we have had (which have been minor) are great to associate with! The whole KB team have been genuinely interested in our happiness and satisfaction for which we are.

Everyone from the sales team to the site management have been wonderful!
