Nice home easy process to purchase

The process of the home building was smooth! The quality of the tiles horrible. Tiles were really dirty not happy about. You can see the caulking all tiles paint on the caulking horrible!!

They loved my new home,

I like my home and most of the process was good. However, when an issue arose, that KB had not disclosed to me in a timely manner, it was made clear that I was not as important as their bottom line and that "Business was Business" per Jerrod in Management. It was 3 weeks before I was due to close. I think Jerrod would have been happy if I just walked away. It left a really bad impression and undermined all of the good things and good people that work for KB. Kudos to Darin, Sarah, and Tom. They were great. Amanda in closing was slow to respond which made doing a cash deal really difficult. I've been in my home 2 months now. I am still waiting on some "blue tape" items identified at final walk through to be completed. ... More

Over all we are pleased with our home. It’s too bad we could not have more privacy the way they build the houses. The neighbor can see into our backyard and we can see into theirs. It does not seem I concern for the builder.. Also, we may have an electrical problem and we have a brand new whirlpool dishwasher that doesn’t work. It quit working after about three or four washes. Maybe they should be a little more concerned of what brand of appliances they put into their homes.. They are sometimes a little slow on warranty repair work so I give them four out of five stars with the prior complaints I have mentioned before ... More

KB Home is a rapid-response and responsible home builder,

The home is everything I wished for. My only regret is not upgrading the home with a 6 foot lift.

KB treats homeowners as though this is a custom home. You can sleep soundly in a KB Home. It is extremely well built and logically designed with an extensive list of upgrades that come standard. The employees have been stellar. Every little concern was resolved. And they don't abandon you after you take title. We had an air conditioning problem. Mike had the repairman out the very same day and Chad followed up the next day- on a holiday! KB Home staff work extremely hard to make sure homeowners are 100% satisfied. I can't imagine making a better investment than a KB Home.

The KB sales team did a great job guiding us through the home buying process.

Very easygoing process. Everyone involved with my purchase was available all the time for me, or returned my call super fast. Always address all my concerns and issues right away. Very happy with my beautiful home.

Working with Jerry was a pure delight. He made sure that everything was done to perfection he was communicative and worked with my agent and lender. Outstanding service and issue was resolved promptly

The sales side and the site managers who you actually speak with are great. My only downside is now that I’m moved in, the rest of neighborhood still needs to be built and the guys building the houses don’t seem to care about blocking your driveway or a whole street so you can’t even get to your house. Situational awareness is not one of their strongest traits. They’ll sit in their car on their phones blocking a street and won’t notice you patiently waiting for them to move until you honk but then you get stared down for having the audacity of interrupting them blocking the street. Frist time I purchased kb home,I love it,everything is great

Building too fast, taking shortcuts to save in cost, cheap labor and materials for an overpriced home. Had issues in every phase of the process..

It was an awesome experience working with KB. They go above and beyond to make sure they get everything right with your home. I’m pleased with the customer service I received through this entire process.

This was the worst experience I've have with buying a home, closing pushed back 4 times after closing issues with plumbing.

This is my first new build and the whole KB team made the process great. They guided me through every step of the build from the loan to the design center and the after move in, their customer service had been great. Being paired with Glen as my point of contact really has brought me and my family peace of mind. This is a great community and I love our new home.

I was satisfied with everything except few little things, house was not clean after we received the keys to the house plus some of the touch were not completed even after we requested the work orders
