First impressions are big for me, and Michelle was amazing!! She was very welcoming and very knowledge on everything! She stuck by me til the very end as this is my first home, she kept me updated on a weekly basis and ensured I had nothing to worry about as her and the team took care of everything.

My husband and I really enjoyed the overall kb home process and going to the design studio was one our favorite parts. Our sales person, was the only time we had any issues on trusting what he said. We've learned to make sure to get answers in writing. The superintendent, customer service rep., and all the various builder companies involved were great to work with and made sure repairs/concerns were resolved. Getting our own inspector for the construction phase was such hassle as we, ended giving up and just pointed out major concerns.

I would recommend a KB Home.

Everything was great initially, but the financial part could have been better. The people from KBHS (Loan) worked like they didn't know exactly what they were doing, and in the end, I lost money and time because of them. When I asked for help because I had problems because of them, the manager answered, "It is what it is, and I had to see how to solve my problems." when we finished closing, all the promises made by the project manager of a second walk after the 30 days, nothing, I am still waiting, there are some details in the house that I had reported, and I don't receive any answer. In conclusion, everything was excellent in the sales part, but in the financial, you better save some money and work with other lenders and don't believe in all the promises by the construction part because at the end, when you are done with the closing, they forget about you. ... Everything with KB homes was perfect! First experience buying a home and it was better than expected. Customer service and communication is clear.

The KB Home team from the office personnel showing homes in the subdivision to the Loan personnel were available to answer any questions I had. The application and approval of my mortgage process went very smoothly and expeditiously. I was able to get into home to look over the home during the process to find out if there were things I desired in the home. I would say that the quality of the home was acceptable based on the price point. Any concerns that I brought to the Supervisor were addressed and corrected pretty quickly. Working with KB but I wish I could say the same about KB Home loans and their underwriting process.

Working with KBHomes was seamless. They were very responsive in any issues or questions we may have had. Offered great incentives. Being able to customize your floor plan for most every detail of the house is spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

I like my KB townhome a great deal and find that the building is high quality and the supervisor is extremely helpful as I transition through the buying, moving and living process. I am extremely disappointed in KB home loan who sold the loan within two weeks and the Second lending institution sold the loan again. Two months living here and three banks. It’s outrageous that customers have to go through the inconvenience of chasing banks to pay their mortgage. This needs to be rethought and changed to focus on the Customer/buyer experience and not the money grab that comes with the continuous selling of mortgage loans. We were both amazed at the professionalism and attention we received from everyone we encountered. From the buying experience to move-in to quality of the home to follow-up…all has been great.

Process was easy. Small attention to details are lacking (caulking, paint, exterior details, etc). Overall, not bad.

From the first meeting to the last, the people were responsive, caring and problem solvers. The KB team is committed to making the building experience stress less.

Had a great experience with Manny. I’m sales side of the process. Had a great experience with Mark the builder side of the process. They had both been very responsive during the build process of the home and after Closing.

To start, I considered other builders in the Winchester California area. The value proposition was low. For instance, there were very limited, if any, customization options. KB has a full design studio and I made the house in my style. Upgrade prices are reasonable. My sales consultant Olga stood by me from day one until closing. She provided regular updates and photos. She was always available to take my calls. The quality of the home is exceptional and the craftsmanship second to none. CJ is the post closing person who is available to answer questions. I have recently been having to deal with a gap in the insurance covers that was supposed to be paid by the lender/title company causing me to have to be wasting time on the phone because someone dropped the ball on your end. Not very pleased with this. I am not the first person that has bought a home which required wind and hail coverage so I’m pretty sure this company has dealt with knowing that there is no grace period with a new policy and so you all should have paid the policy on the due date as specified on all the paperwork that was sent to you days prior to closing. Wish you could put in more quality products. Kind of cheap.

We purchased a KB Home in Las Vegas and had a great experience. We purchased a more expensive home in Florida and it has been a total disaster from the day we got here.

Kb homes built us our dream home exactly the way we wanted. We were able to be part of the build process from start to finish.
