Beginning with the first steps of our purchase with the sales crew (Michael and Deb) I was impressed with their transparency and communication. At the studio, Debbie was extremely helpful as the choices were abundant. She understood we had a price range in mind and with her guidance we were able to design a killer home. Out of all the well known home builders out there, KB Homes offers extensive options for customization and upgrades for your home which means no two homes are truly the same. Great build plans as well. My only negative with workmanship and materials were primarily with the cabinet quality and installation and the work done to fix a patch after an HVAC installation that went very wrong. They were quick to remedy it but it's still not 100% and most likely will never be but it's pretty minor cosmetic wise at this point. ... More

We cannot be happier with the home we purchased. There have been a few glitches, but they were quickly resolved and the contractors are consistently staying in touch with us to ensure that everything within our home is working correctly. The staff here in Fontana could not have been nicer or more attentive than they have been. There was only problems with the finance department, but everybody else was amazing to work with. ... More

Very fast and easy process. Within a few weeks of putting down earnest money, we had our design appointment done and they had begun the building process. Within 8 months we were in our home. We have been here about 7 weeks now and we love it. Ken and Tricia are the absolute best and we are grateful for their help, constant picture updates, and more. Friendly, professional and responsive staff; especially Alma and Bobby amazing experience with both. On the lending side not so much with our loan officer there were times we had to leave multiple messages and it took days for us to hear from him, maybe he is overworked and needs an assistant or perhaps they need more loan officers to handle all of us home buyers in a more efficient and timely manner. ... To KB Home team, Thank you! Steve, Kc, Chelsey and Clint provides me all the update via email or text as their respond time is so fast. They even acknowledge that my prefer way of communication is email or text as I'm always on call for my work. They always give me updates every Friday or every other week especially during this pandemic. During this kind of event, update is what we need as we don't know what is happening. They texted me during the pandemic that they're on shutdown because of government requirement and they also text and email me when they're going to start again building. It removes my anxiety knowing that I have an awesome construction team to give me status on what is happening.
