Overall I'm happy with the home and floor plans..If I had to gripe about anything I would say I'm a little disappointed with the small backyard and a small issues with the wiring of the house. (Cable and the internet) not really sure who the responsibility really falls on weather it's Cox or the home builder, because both are saying it's the other party and unfortunately I'm caught in the middle. The home I purchased in Tucson is overall wonderful. KB Homes designed and built a very good, solid home. It is in a great location, central to many conveniences. The home is priced competitively. The design is excellent, with a spacious great room as well as spacious bedrooms and large closets. The home has some very nice views. Upgraded floor tiles and kitchen cabinets and backsplash are beautiful. I have been looking for a house for about a year and this home was the first that met most of my criteria. KB sales agent and KB Loan agent were very helpful with the home purchase process. KB staff is friendly and wants to help. However, there were many smaller issues that needed repair in the home prior to when I moved in and am now getting these things fixed a few months after moving in. Many of these issues could have been prevented if staff had better checked on the quality of their work prior to the final walk-through. Work appears some what rushed without much attention to quality. However, customer service after move in is very good with an excellent warranty on the home. We have had an issue with mail box. It was mislabeled and have gone back and forth between post office and sales office with blame being put on the other. The problem is still not resolved and I haven’t gotten any mail since I moved in 6 weeks ago.

Service in person was fantastic. Service over the phone was mediocre. AC stopped working after 2 months due to poor drain installation but I didn't have to pay for the repair.
