After I moved in there has been a few issues that has to yet be resolved but are on hold due to COVID 19. DeAndre has been great taking care os everything. Tom did a good job as well.

The community is wonderful with a mix of every home models. We choose plan 4 and love it. The workmanship on the home is average the material is average as well , but the upgrades are what make the home unique and beautiful. To be able an visit the home while construction is occurring and acknowledging adjustments is a good quality they offer. Our home building and buying process was very smooth. Everyone was very professional and personable. All of our questions were answered before and after our process. Most importantly everything was done within the timeframe given.

Overall it was a positive home buying experience with the exception of the lender which was a hit mess. To deal with a hot mess lender, I would give a larger incentive than a few thousand dollars, not worth it. Bring own lender and you will have the best experience with the friendliest and responsive staff. Some of the actual laborers lack enough care to their job and did some sloppy work but the people above them made them fix it. ... More

I am amaze of all the features the home has like the timed lights to conserved energy and the feature where it allows fresh air to enter in the house without opening windows.
