This was my first time purchasing in Arizona and buying a home from KB. This particular home was a spec home so I didn’t go through and experience the full building process. I can say that the representatives and builder superintendent have been extremely responsive. Workmanship is extra ordinary and I return to KB again. This is my second KB home and the Quality of work attracted me. When the community is large of course there should be some expectation of mistakes and minor faults. That does not matter when services is on the door the next day to take care of them.
