I have had a great overall experience with KB and the entire team. From the pre-sale purchase, steps in between, and moving in.

I changed jobs, had emergency surgery all through the building process and I never had to worry about the house. They kept in contact every week and sent pictures on the progress. Everyone from the sales team to the design center and construction were all great people to work with.

Edward was a great help when we were choosing our home. Honestly, we didn't intend to buy our house, but the first day of searching, talking with Ed and showing him the available options at KB Homes, was enough to make the decision. Thank you so much, Ed.

The home buying process from the KB Home staff was excellent. Consistent and timely communication on the next steps. Follow thru on making sure we understood what would take place next. They were right on target with completion dates. Once we moved in the staff would check in daily for any issues we needed taken care of.

This purchase was my very first home purchase. I've tried in the past to buy a home and it didn't work out, I unfortunitely had a not so great experience with other leadership, they made me feel as if my small deposit and fair credit I could never be a homeowner. This made me very dicouraged. Years went by before I tried again and I'm glad I did. KB Homes made me feel Hopefully again and they did everything in their power for my dreams to be a homeowner true. They were consistant and always communicated with me about everything. They even helped me get into a program to build my credit so I can get a better deal on my home. Overall my purchase process was smooth, great team always making sure they understood and addressed my concerns or questions.

Tommy and Darla helped as much as they could. I was very satisfied with the experience.

The process from start to finish always had consistent communication throughout each stage of the process. This includes receiving weekly updates and sometimes multiple updates throughout the week. From the initial discussion all throughout the final steps, the different teams were always in contact to ensure visibility and transparency are at the forefront.

From our initial meeting with our salesperson, Don, to the Design Studio rep, to the Construction Superintendents, Gary and Mike, to the closing with Alamo Title, it was an enjoyable and exciting journey. We are so pleased with the personal attention and quality of workmanship.
