These homes are built extremely fast and that comes with plenty of issues. Also comes with lack of quality of the home. These homes are pretty expensive and I have not been pleased with the quality of the construction work and the responsiveness from the construction team to get certain details of the time fixed.

Buying a home is never easy, but KB worked with everyone to get the house closed on time as promised.

Miss Jessie was my loan officer and she made the whole process very simple. Mr. Pablo was my sales agent and he was very courteous and professional. Was a great time to get my own home but HOS my Association belong me waiting too much for permit patio cover call them send texts and nothing very very bad and I am no happy

We had a great build and purchase experience with KB homes, The home was ready before the original deadline by months and we were very happy with the home, The only issue we have had is the lawns and the sprinkler system problems and that is a landscaping company that KB hired and they r in the process of fixing those issues, Scott was an amazing salesperson and Brandon has been an outstanding construction manager

Loans are expensive compared to other new home builder loan options. Loan agents are not responsive

Always look for a person who sells himself, knowing his/her personality and responsibility. Houses being build are by contractors anyway. So for me, the important part is after sales, on how issues are resolved the best possible way and how you are treated as well. KB HOMES, they are on point, detailed, excellent.

In May of 2023, I booked a Model3016 home with KB Home in Seffner FL. Right from the initial phase I was constantly kept informed about each stage of the construction. During the end of the construction phase, the construction manager George was exceptional in his work and went up and beyond to help us close the house on time. Even after the closing the after sales service of KBHome is very good. I would definitely refer KB Home to my friends and associates.
