Amanda was amazing and explained everything to us in detail making me feel absolutely positive this was the correct home for my family. she was available at all times and answered every question we had! looking forward to our future in our dream home thanks to this wonderful team!

The craftsmanship of my new home is top notch, and would absolutely recommend KB to my friends and family looking for a new home.

Our Sales Representative Debra was amazing she went out of her way to ensure we were satisfied with everything about this experience, from start to even after we were in our house, she fought to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our new home, and given that this was in a COVID year and all the perils and delays, she was amazing, we couldn't be more thrilled with our home

It was a very enjoyable experience from the sales lady to the design center and to the supervisor that does the walk through with you all were very helpful I love my new home

Eddie, Nathan, and Janice has been really helpful and approachable during the whole process. Eddie is always willing to help me solve any problem I have. Nathan is always there to smoothen any imperfections of the house and he did a wonderful job building it. Although there are still some issues with the house that still need to be solved with the customer service such as the cabinet hinges, flooring issue, falling paint in the master closet, and some sealant needs to be improved, the overall experience is enjoyable and the effort from both Eddie and Nathan is greatly appreciated.

We had a great experience with Sarah and Rodger. They really took the time to help us out and as first time home buyers that was very much appreciated.

Only problem in the Vail area is wind and the dryer vents are very noisy

While the process took longer than we were originally quoted, it's been worth the wait.
