Great home buying experience. However since moving in m, I’ve noticed little kinks here and there.

Great experience

Excellent customer services over all, Especially finance and warranty department. Quick response for any questions. Good follow up even after the closing. They just need to improve the quality of the contractors and cleaners.

Mr. Ken was very helpful and professional. He was very professional in assisting us in a timely manner and had a lot of patience with us. Mr. Buck, Thomas was very helpful and nd courteous.

Overall since this is my second kb that I have gotten built I think it was an great experience.

I have had a great experience with everyone who has worked with me at KB Homes. I bought my Townhome 5 months ago. I was able to upgrade my home and pick out what i wanted. Andi in the sales office was so nice and amazing to work with. She made the whole process of buying a home easy. Sal has helped me with everything after i moved in. When i call him to come over to help fix something he responds right away. Sal and Andi have been there the whole time since i bought my Townhome. The quality of the home is not what i expected. This home was built was built so fast and had so many people working on it. I repainted my house. I did not like the way things were installed here. I did get everything fixed. ... More

Gena our sales lady was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and questions and very thorough during the purchase process of our new home.

Great home we have been in for over a month. Everyone has been great. Mike did a great job meeting all our needs. He is over stressed with all the houses being built, but still found time to help us. Including helping me unload cargo from my truck.

Very good service, some areas of the process need to improve on their response times.

Ask questions even the ones you think are common sense, because when I finally moved in I was shocked that stuff I thought was common and found in almost every apartment was not available. I still haven't unpacked my bathroom because I don't have any where to put my stuff because nobody advised to upgrade to cupboards with drawers. Very frustrating. ... More

KB Home is a great builder. You wont find the same quality anywhere else. The whole build process was a great experience and very engaging from start to to finish!

Prices of the house are good, however materials not so fascinating. Please be thorough while doing the upgrade option.

Overall I am enjoying my new house and I am very happy

Throughout the home buying process there were delays but all in all was a reputable. Thank you for your help and customer service.

Great building experience with KB. Meet all of the timelines, and the team kept us updated with photos and progress reports on a weekly basis.

Love the style of how the home was designed. Only thumbs down is that I noticed the baseboards, cabinets and doors are not as sturdy as I thought they were. Also whoever painted this house we are in didn’t do a great job. I see Areas that are not fully painted and some drips on the wall. They did leave us paint to use so I will be touching up a few spots. ... More
