The experience with KB Homes was fantastic. First, it was by wait list not buy bid than the other companies. Second, the price was lower than the prices that people pay for used houses. Third, the first estimate delivery day was on March, and we signed in June, this sound bad, but I have a friend who started her house at the same time than us with different company, and probably she will receive her house on October or November. Fourth, KB Home loan helped us to lock the interest rate for 5 months before to sign. This was a great help for us. Great care and thought really on top of things

My experience was very good, and staffs are very accommodating. Communication was perfect, especially the loan department- those guys are good. Aven after we moved into the house, they still call us to know how wea re doing in case we have any concern. Honestly, I am impressed.

Overall, KB homes are affordable and give more than what was expected, the finish of the home is great!! Really enjoying the home, the more you live in it you feel it,

From sales and throughout the entire experience, I have had one of the best buying experiences with KB and their team of professionals. I was well informed from beginning to end and there hasn't been any significant issues with the construction.. I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasure it was building with KB homes. From start to finish we were always kept apprised weekly of what was being done and the progress which was made. They sent pictures and the lines of communication were always open. Marshall our salesperson along with Gavin and Kaisee our site superintendents, as well as Curtis in the design center made our home a beautiful reality! Professional, caring, and always available, each and everyone went above and beyond. We can’t thank them enough. KB Homes is one of the best!

We were able to watch the progress of our home being built from dirt to to move in! We felt welcome to visit on Sundays (so as not to get in the way of the workers). We were emailed progress reports with pictures and updates about the next work to be done. We have been in our home now for two and a half months and have had minimal issues. But, when we have come across any problem, it was corrected very quickly. Highly recommended!

I had some follow up items after the initial hand over which is typical with a new home build. Doug, the construction supervisor and Martin Coday have been superb. They have been very receptive and have taken care of all of the outstanding items. I really appreciate them going above and beyond.

Great customer service and professional support

Buying a home in Los Angeles is no easy job. KB Homes laid down the process in easy steps. Just follow the process if you like the house and want to really buy it. They will help you along the way. Customer service is top notch and they take care of you post closing as well.

Both Luis and Joseph have been very responsive to issues, they return calls & text immediately and are quick to resolve them. Very happy with their support throughout the whole process.
