In a couple of words - pretty good overall, recommend.

Process was easy, but having a hard time to get someone to come out and fix or correct issues when I get out from work. No one is willing to help other than Monday- Friday 8 am-4pm. Which is usually the same time I have to work.

This is our first time buying a home, so we don't have much to go off of. Our experience could have been better. We did have a long delay on our house due to A/C ducting shortage. I do NOT recommend using their preferred lender. We did not know our actual close date till 3 days before. That was very stressful due to getting off of work last minute. Over all it was a stressful experience, but it could have been worse. On a good note Reggie and Rocky have been very responsive and helpful since we were introduced during the building process.

It was disappointing that there was water leaking in the walls after we closed. We had to live with holes in our walls for a couple weeks after that. We originally were given an upgraded oven because of backorder issues but the day of closing, a worker broke the glass so we had to be downgraded to what we originally going to get. Understandable but I wish we could have kept that upgraded model. Not all the holes were sealed and there was exposed wood that had to be dealt with after closing as well. Very easy process from start to finish.

it’s taking a 1 year to be done, i added outlet about 400$ in the garage and they didn’t tell me it’s already one there. Phillip and Daniel they’re great and very helpful.

I got a great deal with KB Home at the height of the market when all the other builders were taking advantage and over pricing their homes. I received a quality built home with strong support from the warranty team. I look forward to my next KB Home in the future.

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing/building our first home through KB. Through all the back orders and inventory shortages our contract manager did amazing. Very communicative, and was always a available to answer questions/concerns. We are so in love with our new home and would recommend KB to anyone.

The Sales Office was great, design studio experience was great. Everything was great until I moved in and I started noticing some not-too-great things. You need to keep following with them to have your issues fixed after closing. However, I like the fact that there are many avenues to report issues. Overall it’s a 4.5/5 for me.

Great service and help along my journey to new home ownership was great with these group on KB Team members! I truly appreciate all yall have done. Every time I have called them, they help in a timely and professional manner, and that goes a long way with me. Thank you all!!

The main reasons for the scores mentioned above was due to the quality of the work that went into building the house.

Sales Process was amazing! Kimberly was so helpful and was always around for each step of our hole being built. The builders side of the experience was not the best. After we moved in we started to notice paint chipping outside of the home. The base boards aren’t straight. We felt a little rushed on our final walk, where it felt like we didn’t get to look closely at our home before closing and the builders would mention they would be around to assist if needed. KB made our first home buying process easy and quick. All employees have been extremely thorough to make the process flawless.

You will have to watch everything the construction crews does on the house - be an active home buyer and hold all the parties accountable. Do not sign the ready to close document until all is fixed they way you like it. If you actively involved all the little or big things can get fixed along the way. Don't let the construction crew bully you. It was less than stellar for my family and quite stressful.

We contracted in Aug 21 and did not close until July 29th, 2022. You are thinking"That is too long a time" Most cases I would agree, however I feel you must be realistic to the time we were going through. (the Pandemic) Maybe having Real Estate, mortgage and construction experience it is a little easier for me to Understand. I looked at the staff at KB from Sales, mortgage, processing and Construction in probably a different way. Yes there were delays and the timing of everything was not Perfect. Was IT Their fault? I say NO. I looked at them for their professionalism, how courtesy and how they communicated with us. They "ALL" did an "Oustanding" Job!!! So THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Since we closed on our home, at first response to our issues was very good. Now it has become slower and slower, lately my email has not been responded to.

It was great, it seemed like we went from having a dream to having exactly what we wanted in a brief period. Everyone made it simple, thank you.

Problems not fixed before closing Included failure to install the garage door opener inside the garage. One was installed approximately 30 days after closing. A crack in the cement pad on the driveway noted prior to closing and photographed. Still not fixed. Damage to siding in three places is still not fixed.
