We worked with John the sales rep for KB Homes. Our buying experience was smooth with just a few hick ups along the way. John always kept us informed . When we visited the KB Homes design center we had so much fun picking out the upgrades for our brand new house. Our house turned out beautiful. I would recommend KB Homes to anyone searching for a new home.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL

KB Home teams made our first home buying experience a exciting and enjoyable one. We received great customer service from the neighborhood sales representative, our studio design representative, and our contractors. We personally loved and looked forward to weekly calls from contractors to inform us of the building process. We really appreciated contractors Gary and Alex from the KB community in Bastrop as they were always available to answer our questions. We love our new home and recommend KB homes to all of our loved ones.

KB team provided great customer service and communication throughout the build process. Attention to detail in the initial planning and continuous communication was key to ensuring our home was built to plan and our expectations. We had two significant issues during our build. First was a three month closing date delay as a result of material supply chain and labor shortages. The second was quality of workmanship completed by contractors due to labor shortage. We feel the KB team did their best to provide us a quality, on time product. We would recommend KB.

Everyone was great to work with and extremely helpful

I was promised several incentives that were not put in contract, then told it's not in contract so too bad. Also construction was supposed to finish projects that were promised, as well as coached me what to say at closing. I did what he said but he didn't hold up to his end of the agreement. Floors are unfinished and walls unfixed. Caulking was unfinished and paint also.

The Sales and Home Decor Depts were great. However, the Project Manager for the build failed to do a thorough quality check as some things were left undone or not done right. A bathroom is missing a screen, cabinetry was not sealed properly nor the counter top slab. Additionally, a vent started to fall from the ceiling we’re it was revealed that the hole was cut improperly and had to be replastered. I’m still waiting on my screen and counter top to be repaired.

I had a great experience from the start with the sales people , project manager, construction coordinators, lenders and all the way to the closing. I was always informed of next steps and able to ask questions and the team I worked with was always responsive and willing to ensure I got my answers and understood the process. I would highly recommend KB homes.

Very thankful ...Little mistakes in my home but ill manage ...

The finish job for the house was not done well. The door knobs kept felling off. Issues with AC. Closing date got pushed back multiple times and never got a confirmed closing date because of that we lost the good interest rate. The team was unresponsive to emails.
