Our home building experience with KB was smooth and enjoyable. We were able to use their design center to customize our home and it was built with quality and completed on time. Highly recommend KB to anyone seeking a positive home building experience.

I enjoyed my buying process with KB after looking into many builders, resales, and am happy with my purchase.

The home is wonderful and an awesome value. The only issue ws the mortgage process, never been so felt raked over the coals, and we have very good credit. But the team got us through it, and we couldn't be happier!

Our sales rep Adrian was helpful, patient, enthusiastic, and communicative throughout the process. The folks at the design studio were welcoming and helped us make some great decisions. Our construction manager Josh was also very attentive and did a great job walking us through everything from start to finish. KB made the home buying/building process a lot less daunting than we thought it would be and we are very happy with our home.

Both were very professional, knowledgeable and very customer friendly.

Shannon - best sales person ever. So personable and reliable. Was always keeping us updated on the process and status. Excellent Abel & Gil - Best pre and post production guys I've ever had and I've built 5 houses with Builders. These guys were the best. Abel had all details and status when we asked and even when we didnt. Gil has always been there for us, taking care of any issues, no matter how small they may seem. He works with our schedules and makes sure we are happy. What a great crew and company. Thank you KB.

Everyone we worked with seemed genuine and transparent. They answered every question/concern we had. Our home build quality is great. Had some minor cosmetic fixes, but they were addressed super quickly and precisely.

The wall material is very cheap, any little bump and it scratches the paint off. Should use higher quality paint please. The rest of the house is good.

We were touring Salerno community subdivision and found it was very nice neighborhood with clean street and beautiful landscaping. We then contacted sales counselor and was given details of home purchase process. We were very happy to have Jaime, a loan officer that is extremely helpful to us to get loan approval. Everything after is smooth including closing. We have checked the house and haven't noticed any flaw in every corner and now we have been living in my new home for few months. From the start with sales team Kimberley guided us with loan officer Alex & also than with Abel the builders manager. The process was great and went by fast. Price of the home is reasonable and affordable.

From Jason being the first Sales person I talked to and walked me through the floor plans, to Michelle helping with the financials, and Travis walking me through the full build process, I couldn't be happier. About a month in, my AC went out and Travis did everything he could with the AC repair company to come out and fix. They got the warehouse opened on a Saturday to get my part (manufacturer issue). Michelle still checks in with me and makes sure I am happy and all set-up with the financials. I highly recommend KB! I Many homes now are not built properly, but KB does a great job. We had a great experience with KB homes, and they have been very helpful with all the issues we see from new home problems (yes they happen) Sometimes the builders use cosmetic materials that have issues and there is no way around it but the overall process is amazing and their attentiveness is amazing!

Kb homes make an amazing homes and the team work are amazing with the communication and orientation with the whole process

I loved my home buying experience with KB, right from Sales to Design Center to Construction updates and closing, everything was seamless and meticulous. It is well worth the investment. The only recommendation I have is to match the home price with current market price and the price of similar homes being sold in the community
