My Experience with my builder was bad he did not keep us update on a home never pick up the phone and did not do what he told us he was going to do

I am a first time home buyer and the process was easy. They communicated well at every stage of the process.

From start to finish KB reps were available to address questions and concerns. They checked in regularly with you by sending pictures of the house building process as well as texts and phone calls.

I don't like the time they made me wait for the house, in fact, the house has many details inside and outside

Great experience from start to finish..From start to finish the entire process was smooth and full of communication. I was very involved in the process, and when I had a question or issue, it was answered in a timely manner. Very happy with my experience and happy with my home.

Everyone was responsive even during the pandemic. Made provisions for me in every aspect. Each person who called has a friendly (tone) voice and I could tell they were always smiling on the end of the phone.

Design and Location are good for me.

We had been in the market looking for homes and ran across many that were more expensive, older and smaller. KB Homes had the perfect home for us (we are a large family). With all of the customization options, we now have our own unique (forever) home. We couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with KB. Everyone from the sales staff to the lending staff to the construction staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Whenever I called or texted with a question or concern I received a response the same day, usually within minutes! And my new home is exactly what I hoped it would be. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The best place to build your house and really good costumer service

Great experience from start to finish. every step was great -staff was helpful. Explained everything with no surprises.

They said they were going to come fix things that weren’t done right and our yard was very bumpy didn’t look like they leveled it at all! We have chunks of our yard that have no grass! They said they had to get a second party company to level the yard and roll the grass and that they would do it the next week! We contacted Kyle the construction manager and he never replied. They also changed our close date the day before we were suppose to close. I would not recommend KB to anyone I know.

KB was great from the contract signing to the show room to the weekly updates and beyond, staff was so friendly and attentive to our needs and questions. Amy especially went above and beyond for us a few times.

There were all sorts of mistakes throughout the construction process, a few of which were major. It was difficult to get many of these addressed at all, let alone in a timely fashion. By the time we finally closed (after the closing date had been moved back many times), most of the problems had been addressed in a fairly satisfactory manner, but some problems remain today, since we were just not able to wait any longer before closing, and fixing some of these issues would require major demolition and reconstruction (e.g. entryway walls and corners being very far out of square). Overall, we feel like we got a pretty good value for our end product, but we did not expect as many problems as we encountered along the way, or having to be so repetitive and insistent in order to get obvious problems fixed. ... It's not good. Everything come very slow. Bad service

Attention to Detail was not very good at all! Response time to issues that were supposed to be addressed before move in were not completed and had to constantly call and get the same run around.
