KB Home kept their price as they told me until I get a house, that's amazing thing. Same time, my friend bought a house from another builder, but the price keep moving up until my friend must to quit. Wonderful services, customer service of KB Home is really good, friendly and quickly.

Kevin, our warranty and repair guy, was on site and available during the buying process for any adjustments we needed. He was fast and easy to work with. Ryan, our KB Home sales representative, was also intelligent and responsive throughout the whole process.

This process went as smooth as possible. From my first interaction with the sales team through the construction phase and all the way up to post sales! What a great experience! Thank you team!

Any project will have issues, but KB did a pretty good job getting through them, especially with a large winter storm and the pandemic, amid labor shortages etc. Materials and methods used for the house however, are a bit subpar, and while it's rated as an energy efficient home, I can't say it's amazing. Lots of flimsy materials used, but for the money we paid, I feel like we got a decent deal, especially in the Austin housing market. I'd recommend this for a first time homebuyer or a younger couple.

Everything was good but design studio process needs to be more thorough with the selection of items

My Property Manager has been GREAT! He has been willing to listen to my concerns and ready to intervien with any issue. The Warrenty Manager has listened to me and has gotten the jobs scheduled to make my transition into my new KB Home easy.

Everything looks pretty good but some things seemed rushed. But overall great experience.

I had some issues with the painters' work, along with a couple other issues, but I love my home, and the warranty people have been great working with me.

We are so excited to have so much space and an incredible price. This was our very first home purchase and couldn’t be happier.

KB Homes is really affordable homes

So as far as quality of materials and workmanship the only reason I am giving it a 4 stars instead of five is for three reasons. I really wish you had an upgrade option for sheathing to be real osb (t-ply was used). I am a builder I know it would be very easy to cut a hole in hardie and get into an unoccupied house. The second would be the paint. Painters are one of the hardest trades to get right imo. Runs, holidays, and drips happen I get it double checking these is extremely important and correcting them as well. The third would be drywall. I am just getting use to the knockdown drywall that is so prevalent in texas offer a level 4 drywall as an upgrade option. It makes all the hard work show in your homes. Our superintendent was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly to make sure my family and I were satisfied. Caesar did a great job accommodating me and I will definitely refer my friends and family to you guys from now on. Amie was great she absolutely made sure through the whole process we were updated and informed she is a valued assets to your company. I had a great experience building my home. It's an exciting time building your first home and to have a great team behind you helping you make the right decisions with color schemes and materials was very important to me. I really appreciate their knowledge through the entire process. From the sales team all the way to the customer service team after you close. They really strive to ensure you are extremely satisfied with their product and service. I'm very happy and at peace in my beautiful new home. If their are any issues they will solve it pronto!!

Overall great process from start to finish in building our home. The design phase was definitely the best part. Updates as time progressed went well and though the timeline was underdelivered, it still worked out. The mortgage was the best it could have been and I am thankful for it.

James and Blake were great throughout the whole process. We were kept apprised of the status along the way. And any concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

They made the process easy and answered all questions quickly.

This was my first experience buying a home and everyone I came in contact with was very patient with me, answered my questions thoroughly, and helped boost my confidence with this big purchase. Highly recommend!

Home buying process was smooth. The house was done in given time however there were still some minor issues with the house overall, but were fixed quickly. While there are still many issues with the house, I will fix it myself.

Buying process is quite simple and straight-forward. The build has its highs and lows (document everything anyone says). The after care once you are in the home is the best of any I have ever seen - very quick to resolve.
