all process was very smooth from sales to close. all the staff was very profesional. Highly recomended, most of my friend were surprised with the quality of the house. House was finish almost 1 month before they commited

Ask about prices dropping for homes being sold around you . They will not tell you if the prices had dropped .

It was a smooth transition and great experiences to move from our apartment into our first home .

As the saying goes, you get what you paid for. There are a lot of issues with the home and their employees seem to be let go pretty often. This has been frustrating as I was promised something only to find out someone was let go and I have to start the process all over again. Their worksmanship is horrible.

Very responsive to needs. From the Sales staff, Studio, Builder, Financing, and Warranty. All a one stop customized shopping experience.

I will commend KB Home for the speed at which the home was built. Sales person was very helpful and reachable. Few things to note. Insulation is very thin and the studio didn’t let us know how the insulation will be. I can literally whisper between walls. A lot of things in the house are upgrades and don’t come as standard. You have to spend a lot of money to build the house to your taste. It’s advisable to get an extra layer of carpet as you will feel the nails when climbing the stairs. In all, it’s a decent home.

We have had a positive experience with our home building process. We were always kept in the loop and up to date on everything that was going on each week. Anything that needed to be tended to was taken care of immediately. The people we worked with from the salesman, the planning center, the contractor, and on have been very friendly and helpful in every way. We recommend KB homes.

Had quite a few issues during construction, but after moving in Zach and Khanh have done an excellent job with addressing all questions and have been very pro-active. They completely changed our opinion about KB and regained our trust in your company. Very well done by them and we hope that they serve as an example for the rest of the team.

Overall I am satisfied with KB Homes finished product. There are a few pending items that still need to be addressed but the staff has done a good job at scheduling the required repairs.

Happy to be in my first home. Overall very happy with my purchasing and design studio experience, but definitely see many issues with the workmanship of the home—painting, tile work, etc. very sloppily thrown together. Sales and design team are great!

Enjoy the process

House was built according to plans, things went smooth from beginning to end. There were some minor issues that the builder had to come back to fix, but overall things went well. Good customer service, good construction manager, good warranty service, and good studios inventory. The reasons I didn’t give the 5 stars was because we found lot of crack on the garage floor foundations, and front porch. We also found three same long crack on the door molding frames. There were a few dents on the door molding frames, and the house was not clean when we moved in.

This is my 2nd KB home purchase and love my new home again!

My experience with KB Home has been extremely positive all around. Very few issues throughout the whole process and any concern I had was addressed immediately. I can't say enough good things about all of the individuals that helped me through the process and would highly recommend KB Home.

It’s been great having our 1st new home. We did have a few construction concerns at first but KB responded to a survey that I completed and addressed the big issues and for that we are happy.
